Its clear cut. Ruhi caused accident but not deliberately. She cant plead not guilty of ramming her car into the man.

Armaan will argue that she has a clean track record and she wasnt drunk driving and she doesnt have a history of driving accidents and traffic violation chalans and Abhira can hopefully get CCTV footage to show that she was driving rashly so even though her history is ok, this accident was due to rash and negligent driving

So ultimately court is gonna make Ruhi pay damages and let her off. because she is apologetic, the guy isnt dead and she is not a repeat offender.

But what is being established is that Armaan gives 2 Fs about Abhira's feelings on this whole matter. Him justifying Ruhi as just his "kaam" is stupid and untrue. she isnt just a kaam. He is helping her purely out of his own guilt, varna aisa case ladne ka time uske paas nahi hota. And he doesnt need to. His guilt is not gonna lessen just because he fought cases. He is gonna anyway be lifelong guilty anyway that he dumped her at altar. so it really serves no purpose except to make Abhira feel even more hurt that Ruhi is always his priority.

Why is it always him and Roohi in one team and Abhira in the opposite? Whenever him and Roohi form a team, they always loose but Abhira will be hurt in the process.. What has Roohi done to him except emotionally guilt tripping him & spoiling his brother’s life by marrying him to feel grateful to her presence in his life? He didn’t even love this woman but always kept her a priority and danced to her tunes and if he doesn’t come out of his guilt, he will loose himself in the process.. Poor Roohi didi.. Give her some space, she will crawl back in.. She will conveniently forget Armaan declaring his love for Abhira but will remember what he said in their pre wedding testimonial video and how he will praise her in court.. She will again wear rosy sunglasses and start seeing dreams with Armaan.. According to Roohi didi, staying delulu is the only solulu.. so let’s leave her.. she will be like dogs tail only..

Armaan has to decide what he wants and act accordingly. He can’t let guilt rule him otherwise his life will be ruined.. Either he should be able to do it or ask for help.. because if not Roohi someone else might come in her place for some other reason. He should be able to deal with it.. he should show Abhira he can maintain professional boundaries and help her overcome her insecurities. Talking big big dialogues and begging to trust won’t be of any use if he won’t take necessary action! Lets see how they take this track forward ..

But I hope Armaan looses this case and Roohi gets punished.. Also want Abhira to keep her emotions in check during court hearing while dealing with Roohi.. Also I am too tired to watch Roohi’s melodrama..

Surprisingly I thought they showed Ar as more logical today and Ab mixing personal / professional...Mostly any woman standing in Ab' s shoes at this point in time would feel jealous which is fair, but they kind of explicitly showed Ab letting it cloud her judgement on this case.. Sam said more or less the same in her iv as well

Kv would have found the perfect solution now to separate Ar - Ab.. Keep Ruhi uljhaoed in some case Or the other/ some issue or the other and all 3 ( Ar/ Ab / Ruhi) together will do the rest

Abhira is not asking her clients to go to court. they called her because they wanted to take it to court. Varna paison seh settlement hi karna tha toh pehle hi karlete.

Ruhi was behind the wheels when accident was done.

Abhira is jealous, insecure- but I dont think she is gonna go fabricate any evidence against Ruhi because of that to frame her. she will only establish that Ruhi was rash driving. that much we already know as audience. Infact MG also knows that. he was witness to it.

I want Abhira to ask him- ok if you fight these cases for Ruhi, will your guilt lessen or vanish

Because if he is anyway gonna be lifelong guilty then he will keep picking Ruhi to prioritize and expect Abhira to accept that.

So Abhira is 100% right about what she pointed out.
