Episode begins at Poddar house, with Aarmaan calling his mother in the morning , he remembers she was in outhouse with papa, he then calls for Chachi and Bua sa but none respond. Daadi sa appears n informs that they have all gone to Mandir . She offers him breakfast , she has herself prepared all his fav dishes . She seats him n lovingly offers to feed him with her hand . Armaan is surprised n takes the food n feeds her instead. Daadi sa is moved n gets emotional , he wipes her tears . Armaan n kaveri hug lovingly . Armaan assures he loved his Daadi n he still remembers the day he was accepted the very first day when he had entered this house trembling with fear , how Daadi sa had loved her . He still loved her n could risk his life for Daadi . But now he had Abhira too, he could risk his life for Abhira too . Kaveri feels resentment on hearing that girl’s name .
At police station Ruhi is pleading innocence to the inspector and stating that the road was too dark n the guy suddenly appeared in front of her car and she had no time to’ react , she should be forgiven She is ready to pay for all the damages and support them until he can return to work. The victim, injured guy, is sitting on a wheelchair with broken arm n leg , bandages all over , the victim’s wife weeps that she almost killed him by her over speeding , she was doing rash driving and she deserved jail n punishment or she might kill some one else . She had caused severe injuries n loss of income . Manish is very much concerned for Ruhi.
Armaan meets Abhira , offers her coffee, requests him to allow her husband to take care of his wife. As she accepts it , he hands her a gift . She demands if this was their anniversary gift . She opens the wrapping n unveils a framed picture of mumma akshara and Abhira , both in the lawyer’s gown . Abhira is over whelmed , gets emotional . He states that on the day of her convocation, she had posed and wished to have her mumma’s pic edited n added . He had over heard her saying this to papa , so he did this for her , Abhira recollects the same in FB . She gets emotional and hugs Armaan .
Armaan then offers her another gift , it’s their marriage certificate . He clarifies that he was not forcing anything on her . She could tear this up if she wished , he had the original safe with him, he just thought of giving her a copy as he had one ,
Abhira and Aarmaan are interrupted by phone calls . Abhira is informed by Jaya kaki about an accident her husband had suffered n she wants Abhira to fight the case n get them justice . Abhira assures she will . She is shocked to learn it was Ruhi. Armaan gets call from Ruhi informing him of the accident n how she was being falsely n implicated when she is nit at fault n she asks Armaan to fight the case for her n save her . Abhira and Armaan. Are shocked that they were now fighting opposite eachother .
Abhira reminds Armaan how Ruhi caused their separation and now she was again coming between them. Armaan asks Abhira not to over react, Ruhi was just a client and her case was just his work, He loved Abhira very much . Abhura states that anyone could fight Ruhi’s case ,why Armaan ? They have heated argument . Abhira is not ready to give up the very first case in her career. Both reach Police Station. Armaan assures Ruhi he will fight her case , while Abhira assures Jaya kaki she will get her justice . Armaan offers out of court settlement , offering treatment and compensation to the victim of the accident n bear any other incidental expenses that the victim n his family incurred . Jaya kaki wants justice n get they accused jailed n punished otherwise she might kill some one else , she weeps at her bad luck .
Abhira and Armaan are at logger heads . Manish watches both parties n is in dilemma whom to support .
Abhuta and Armana note down the statements of their clients . Abhira gets jealous as she watches Armaan offering hanky tk Ruhinto wipe tears , bottles of water to drink .
Both parties decide to come face to face at court .
