OMG the heat is unbearable, especially with the high humidity

My girlfriends constantly want to go out, and I can't do the heat

but I love being outside, so is hard to say no

I’ve said no repeatedly. I was supposed to play golf (I’m bad) but didn’t go. The house has air con so hard to justify leaving it Menopause has kicked my butt too. The joys of womanhood 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
