What was today’s episode, role reversal or poetic justice by the writers??

Akshara left her maternal house in a vulnerable state when she was pregnant with a small child with no hope of ever coming back. Ruhi made everything in her capacity to make sure her great-grandparents never got in touch with Akshara due to her fear and insecurities. Yet Ruhi herself is today in a situation of her own making and manipulation where she is forced to give up all the relations she kept away from Akshara.

Rohit-Ruhi, a couple who got all the love and recognition from the family without having to try or do anything to prove their worth . Yet today Rohit who was considered his whole life as the true heir wasn’t even deemed worthy of an important case. It was poetic justice for Armaan, who despite being the eldest son was treated as a stepson his whole life, when KP finally accepted she would have cherished Armaan’s child as her heir.

Ruhi tried everything in her ability against Abhira, from trying to get married to Abhira’s husband twice, to keeping Manish stay away from Abhira, even to the point of making Abhira’s medical records public to ensure people not accept her and have her thrown out. Yet what a poetic justice that the only reason she is still in this house is because she is pregnant and Abhira, against whom she planned everything, ended up getting up the most important person’s trust and recognition that matters in this house.

At least for me it was poetic justice for the leads today…

Yes even I was confused with this concept. If Akshara and Abheera stayed in touch with Goenkas but far away for Roohi's sake (acc to Ak). This equal share in property would have made sense. Roohi was actually with them for 23+ years, while the Goenkas don't even know that Abheera is their own. If someone knows the legal side of the property stuff, can you explain?

Inheritance does naturally goes to bio kids and grandkids, but can one who was not in touch/left the family still claim rights the same rights with the family if they're not included in the will?

(Immediate family/Caregivers) vs (No contact/Distant relative) type case

P.S. IK Manish included Abheera in the will, but if he didn't can Abheera claim it as her birthright?

No matter whether Ruhi gets inheritance from Goenka's or not(if there is any left) But Abhira is soon going to be overnight millionaire or billionaire once her connection with Maheshwari's n Singhania's is revealed

Abhira won't fight with Ruhi for this chindi Goenka property she'll directly contact any of her Nani(Singhania's) or par Nani's(Maheshwari's) family who might happily give away whole of their property to Abhira whose mother hardly ever contacted them to even ask how they are doing whether they are alive or dead

I don't know law regarding this But all I know is if it's Abhira she can definitely Inherit even 100% share of Property No reason no law is required if anything is related to Abhira n her Legacy
