Kuch nahin. She will fake health scare. Suputr will be angry and drink alcohol to numb pain. And everyone will carry on as nothing happened. Babs will be back to plotting, Ammu back to her whole world is family, everyone is forgiven mode. 
With ratings declared Tom, will have to see what channel decides on fate of its shows.
