Leena is trying to bring renissance in storytelling of ITV.....and changing the face of writing here...We as an audience are part of the revolution and we didn't even know that....

Now that I know I am going to tell everyone that I am watching something as weired as this

My theory for why this show is a success is that they set up the basis for their toxic drama way back but it took time to build a base audience for it....now they've managed to find a base audience that's sticking with the show no matter what kind of toxic drama is shown ....that lasting connection to the characters grew over time for TRP audience I feel....cuz the show was in the 1.8 zone for some time before it catapulted into the 2+ TRP zone....and now it's been steady in its slot for a while.

TRP audience isn't attached to a love story but they love drama...lol and this show provides a strangely irreverent brand of drama among the current ITV landscape....Leena ji has truly managed to craft a unique brand of irreverent toxicity here....and I also feel she's managed to keep the audience connected to the emotional state of the characters despite the ridiculous gimmicks and rinse/repeat from time to time....the execution from an acting/direction perspective is where the show makes a mark.

Even though Leena Aunty has launched two new shows now, what she has created in the form of Jhanak will stay as its own benchmark....you can take that in a good or bad way

Ani daily having Devdas song sequences while missing Jhanak? And then Arshi noticing his morose expression so picking fights with him to taunt him? Yehi hoga daily?

Can makers somehow remind CHOTON that his nephew exists and EK BAAR toh usko itna dukhi dekh ke usse baat kar le? Kabhi apni Jhanak bhakti and Minu nok-jhonk se bhi time nikaal lein Choton saab

Dii......Choton is such a disappointment...

We were told that he is closest to Aniruddh in that house...His bestfriend, and whom he even called his bhagwan infront of Subho and Tanuja...but what was he doing? He is someone who knew everything about RuNak! Still have never never did anything to solve their problems....only thing he does is taunting Aniruddh.... Understanding toh dur ki batt...he is not even trying to have a proper conversation with him... asking what is going on with him....and give him a shoulder to breaak down or space to talk his heart out..

When it comes to Ani missing Jhanak...I am definitely looking forward to... simply bcz how brilliant Krushal is in such sequences...

A 30 mins episode but all I could remember was last 2 mins..

With " mera kuch saaman" .... Aniruddh was literally gasping for breath.. wiping those tears only for them fall down again and again...as if his pain so huge that his eyes can't hold them anymore....as if he was letting it all out before wearing his mask and entering into BH....I LOVED IT....
