If Jhanak is coming to Kolkata for the ad shoot, what are Anishi packing for? Doesn't seem like they are heading abroad so quickly....so how are they getting to the same location that Adinak are at? They just went for a staycation within Kolkata? 
The things you are describing happen in a typical show....Jhanak is anything but a typical show
The only constant in this show is leads saying and doing outrageous things and walking 10 steps back after walking one step forward....that is all that plays out on a loop....this isn't really a love story in so much as a story about perception conflicts.
Honestly, KrusHi deserve another show that's not a Starplus show but maybe a ZeeTV show where it's a typical, classy and strong love story. They would nail it. I would watch it day-night :'(

Can't blame Jhanak honestly, has he ever publicly claimed his love? no, so I would not trust him either. Plus no one claimed her mom in front of the world, so makes sense she wants someone who wants her with open arms and will go any lengths to prove it.
I really want a Vinayak-Ani 1:1 where he lets Ani know how he prolly wanted to be there for Urvashi and could not due to Srishti and how Ani should not repeat the same mistakes.....
