Ani very well knows how his family is and he himself bashes and roasts them plenty of times....Isne Jhanak ke saath milke roast kiya Shubho ko most recently over the drama at Apu di's shaadi, so it's hardly like he worships his family. AK's behavior with Ani in the Mumbai hospital was pathetic with the constant poking without rhyme or reason....so I didn't see anything wrong in Ani telling him off.

AK in Mumbai was trying really hard to get a rise out of Ani.... he already knew about his weakness, that ani don't like him with jhanak. At that point he just wanted Ani to get the hell out of there even after knowing how desperate Ani was to see jhanak , to be there for her , to tell her that he support her not just during this whole tumour thing but for everything, .......AK was trying to sabotage THAT . He was just going on and on thinking Ani will just leave in huff ....it didn't happen.

But no one questioned him and his intensions .

Of course now he support Ani's condition and jhanak .....but no one will question that too . That why he is suddenly playing cupid

Its always the ML who is Always under attack for saying something stupid that he doesn't even mean. He told off AK because he was talking about his family , a family that includes choton, bodoma and all good Basu member. He just told off an outsider to stop speaking about his family but of course what stupid guy he is .

Simply one scene of Jhanak taking on Ani's last name is being rendered as anti-empowerment?

So empowerment is only if you keep giving token attitude of running off to other cities while continuously pining for someone else's husband? .....Owning your feelings for your husband makes you automatic doormat?

Jhanak's identity isn't based on whether her last name is Raina or Bose...she will still be Ani's wife regardless of the last name stated....the scene was symbolic of how she is embracing her connection to Ani which she has otherwise been trying to deny for over 300 episodes now.

Ani also called her Jhanak Bose one time and then randomly reverted to Jhanak Raina....lol so does that mean he wanted to snatch her identity for one scene and then forgot about it? lol this is just makers trying to make a symbolic point....everything isn't an attack on Jhanak ki identity

And if Jhanak loves Ani, she has to atleast try to fight once for their relationship....no one is asking her to tolerate abuse and Ani will never either...but she has to make her stand clear if she actually cares about Ani rather than deflecting with lies about how she has no rishta with him.

AK doesn't know jack shit about Runak ka rishta firstly....lol...look at how he is now giving awed looks in Kolkata hearing from Choton about Runak ka pyar and connection....but Mumbai mein he full on tortured Ani like anything even though Ani was fighting so hard to save Jhanak.....tab yeh aadmi bas hospital mein haath pe haath rakh ke khada tha waiting on the doctors. Uske baad bhi this AK had the guts to corner Ani and try to again call him manhoos and lumping him in with his family ka torture of Jhanak....without context blame daal raha tha Ani pe and that is why Ani told him off....but somehow that has also been twisted to painting Ani as defending his evil family

I am expecting another inclusion in the list of J supporters in BH soon, i.e., Thammi..I think she will understand that J is the true choice of Ani as his life partner and she is a better partner than Arshi for him..

Don't worry so much about her surname dear. A surname can't be her sole identity, its a career that she should build for herself that'll give her the individual identity (its wt Anirudh also wanted for her). Also, Raina surname has done no good to her mom or to her, it'll not take away from the fact that her mother gave her 'Dance' which is more valuable than anything. She can call herself Jhanak Bose or Jhanak Raina or Jhanak Raina Bose - but what will she do with the movie, is my doubt. How will she finish the shooting?? Or will it get shelved?

Yes BH will be a nightmare, but for now Jhanak's priority is Ani & she is strong enough to fight for herself & for Anirudh - until his health gets better. Now question is how long they plan to stretch the BH drama & if anything good will come off it or not. With Ani being in recovery mode, the good folks have to get stronger, else not much might change - cz Tanuja's handling of Bodoma today shows what they're capable of.

Another scene I found unintentionally funny was when Tanuja angrily grabs Bodomaa and BM says ki ab tum mujh pe haath bhi uthaane lagi, Tanuja?

Toh Tanuja lets go of her arms and replies ki "meri achhi parvarish hui hai, Boudi".....I laughed for a good 10 minutes hearing Tanuja say that she's had a good upbringing

I would LOVE it if Jhanak's lame movie with AK gets shelved

If an 11 ad contract can randomly go poof for Jhanak to run off to Mumbai and now suddenly get resurrected for her to return to Kolkata, then I'm sure she can randomly find another movie to shoot in the future whenever she leaves Ani yet again

But right now she has to decide what's more important....her pati Ani dying without her or shooting a random movie with "saccha dost"....such a tough choice you see

I'm pretty sure though that Ani will be the one pushing her to return to work the moment he gets better

yesterday when the entire family was arguing in the hospital, his opinion k anirudh needs treatment and that he's a celeb etc, made him look hysterical like k "yeh b aagya apna gyaan batorne k liye & footage khaane k liye." iska current saint form is too difficult to comprehend.

Yeah now he’s suddenly become Anirudh ka great well wisher after he was himself abusing Ani so much in Mumbai and calling him manhoos for J even after seeing that Ani ka flower saved J’s life🤷‍♀️😂. Rishton ke bhi roop badalte hain per AK ka convenience but sure Ani has no right to tell him not to talk about his family
