Episode begins with AbhiMaan confronting the media persons for spreading fake rumours on the media that Kv was no more , when the truth is Kv is very much alive n would recover soon to manage the firm, Ab gives a mouthful to the media for spreading false news.
Poddar family and Goenkas are gathered in front of ICU where Kaveri Poddar is under critical care . Madhav arrives and informs the family that the goon was sent by the rival company that was until now handling the legal matters of the airlines , they are furious that P&P have won the contract n wanted revenge . All are shocked n worried . Madhav further informs that the guy has been arrested n interrogated . He was not planning to kill Maa sa but he was after Abhira . He accidentally killed her when she overheard him discussing the murder plan, he was scared of exposure.
Manisha starts lashing out at Ab that it was because of her ambitious plans Maa sa is in this state . Had she not have such high ambitions Maa sa would be safe . She is causing trouble n rift in this family . She very greedily snatched away what Manoj deserved , after years of hard work .
Ab apologises to upset Chachi and offers the cabin to them. Armaan angrily intervenes and stops Ab. He lashes out at Chachi for always blaming Ab for anything that goes wrong . Eveeyone knows AbhiMaan never asked for cabin and they had no idea Daadi was going to give cabin to chacha ji. How could they blame Ab for the attack on Daadi sa ? Manisha confronts Ar saying Manoj left the firm because of Ab . Ar states it was Chacha’s own decision to quit, why did he quit because of just one disagreement? He blames the family for being insecure of newcomer Ab , despite their working so hard for so many years . Manisha confronts Ar for calling Chacha Chachi insecure . She accuses Ar of being Joru Ka Ghulam . The doc arrives and asks them to maintain peace as kv was very critical .
Ab leaves for mandir to offer prayers for quick recovery of Daadi sa.
She offers prayers and weeps , that everyone was blaming her . A kind pandit ji sympathises with her n guides her how to get her wishes fulfilled . As Abhira races against time to complete the hard work , Doctors n nurses are seen struggling to treat Kv who is critically ill. Ab feels giddy n staggers. She is helped by a tribal woman passing by . The woman makes Ab sit n examines her . She informs that Ab is soon to become a mother . Ab is in disbelief and ignores the woman but the woman insists that her prediction has never proved wrong . Ab completes the task she was doing, she is blessed by Devi maa with a Chunari that flies from the deity n lands on her .
right then at the hospital Kv makes recovery and is out of danger , her operation was a success. Docs say it was miraculous. The family is overjoyed n relieved . Ar looks for Ab n finds her missing . Ru tells Ar that just like her mother Ab caused trouble n ran away . Ar gets angry n retorts back to Ru warning her to shut up . He threatens to expose all her kaands to the family if she blamed Ab again, he is only quiet because of her pregnancy . Ru is taken aback.
Ab visits Lady doc who checks her reports n declares she is indeed pregnant . Ab is overjoyed n in a hurry to inform Ar this good news but Doc warns her that she has congenital platelet disease which puts her in danger if she carried on this pregnancy. She better go for abortion or she might not survive childbirth . Ab is very upset.
Ab reaches the hospital , Manish notices her crying n wipes her tears n reassures her . She wants to meet Ar .
Ar is happy to see her n informs her about Daadi sa’s miraculous recovery . He finds Ab’s cheeks streaked with tears . He gets concerned n notices a Chunari and Envelop in her hand. He is overjoyed to learn she is pregnant . He engulfs her into A tight hug , he thanks her for this happiness. He says this is a miracle n it has made a dramatic change in his life in a matter of seconds . An gets emotional about Ar’s happiness.
Ab recollects how happy Ar was in company of kids . She gets FBs of Ar n baby girl encounters. She refrains from sharing her pregnancy complications n dangers to her life . She decides to give birth bro this baby so that Ar will have his own family , his own child , he will never be left without family now . She will do this for Armaan.

Vidya and Manisha are pampering Ruhi with kheer specially made for her , but she accidentally drops the bowl . They calm her n reassure her with the offer of more kheer . In the kitchen hungry Abheera notices kheer , left over after Ruhi has been served by Vi and Manisha , she decides to have the remaining . Vi and Manisha escort Ru to the kitchen and are annoyed to find Ab having kheer . Vi lashes out at her for eating something that’s been specially prepared for Pregnant Ru . How dare she snatch away something that’s for a pregnant mother ? Ab is taken aback .
