Chapter 2
Manish threw his cell phone away in anger.....Suwarna and Surekha came running outside in the living room.....They saw Manish's cell phone broken in two pieces.....This has been going on since past six months.....Somebody had been purchasing Goenka Diamond works shares,somebody unknown and now that somebody would sooner or later become the majority shareholder of their family company....How was that person buying so many shares of their company from outside.....How many people did he have on hire for purchasing those shares.....The stress Manish was in was unimaginable....On one hand all this crisis at the office and on the other hand Ruhi was getting married......Manish just wanted Ruhi to get married peacefully.....And than he would deal with all the people who were after thir family company unknown to Manish Goenka it was not somebody unknown but his own great gran child Abhir Sharma......For now Manish concentrated on Ruhi's Tilak......
Here in the car Abhira was reminded about the homework her therapist had given to her.....The words of her therapist still ringing in her ear......
Therapy session (PAST)
Avantika (asking)-Okay fine tum kehti ho that Armaan was not the man you had chosen.....Toh theek hai Abhira next Thursday tak tum mujhe aise 5 instances doogi jaha Armaan ne aapna husband hone ka farz nahi nibhaya hai......Aisa kuch toh hoga jiss ki wajah se you are still not able to accept this relationship.....
Abhira (answering)-YOu know the reason Dr.Armaan is the reason my mumma is not alive anymore.....
Avantika (asking)-So if Armaan had not reached kya tumhari mumma zinda hoti Abhira......
Abhira couldn't answer that question.....She knew the answer to that question however she was not ready to accept it,Abhira freshened up and sat to study,however her face soon scrunched for she could not understand the topic at hand....Manoj who was passing by saw Abhira facing difficulty....Manoj knocked on the door however Abhira thought that he was here to meet Armaan.....
Abhira (nodding)-Chachusa Armaan toh neeche hai,Dadisa ke saath.....
Manoj (smiling widely)-Mai toh tujhse milne aaya tha....Kuch samajh nahi aa raha hai ?
Abhira (smiling)-Ha woh pata nahi sab upar se jaa raha hai.....Aap karege meri help ?
Manoj (smiling)-Kyu nahi ?
Manoj sat next to Abhira explaining Abhira everyhting about the concept which she was unable to understand....Abhira smiled widely....Manoj chachusa had a knack for teaching as well,she never knew that.....She got along well with Manoj and Manisha,they were such a cute couple, she yearned for somebody to love her like they loved each other but instead she was stuck here in a loveless marriage with Armaan unaware of the fact that her husband was deeply and passionately in love with her and was just waiting for her to move on from all this.......
Abhira (smiling)-Chachusa aap toh bahut acche teacher hai.....I didnt know that......
Manoj (smiling affectionately)-Thank you beta....Par tujhe pata hai,mujhse bhi zyada ek hai jo mujhse behtar sikhata hai.....very patient and very caring.....
Abhira (curious)-Kon ?
Manoj (chuckling)-Aree Armaan....He is a brilliant teacher tujhe pata hai.....Aab samajh aaya mujhe where he got such a knack for teaching,maine legal circles mai aksar suna hai ki your mother was supposed to be a brilliant teacher......Itni brilliant teacher ka student bhi brilliant hi hoga na......
Abhira was left in deep turmoil after Manoj left....Everybody not just in this family but even her friends had mentioned that Armaan was a wonderful human being...Was she misjudging her husband....? Even her therapist sounded like she was misjudging her husband......But recently she had marked that thoughts of Akshara disturbed her,she noted it down on her phone,she would talk about it in next session......Suddenly she received a text from Kipling Uncle from Mussorie......What she read started to make her feel breathless......Suddenly she felt like she couldn't breathe.....She knocked out a water jug trying to drink water but that alerted Armaan and Kaveri who were talking right outside his room.....Armaan rushed in followed by Kaveri and he was devastated seeing Abhira,who couldnot breathe.....
He rubbed her hands but to no avail...He hugged her tightly while he felt Abhira's grip tighten on his T-shirt....He cupped her face asking her to breathe.....
Armaan (panicking)-Abhira please breathe......Saas lene ki koshish karo......1,2,3 breathe try chalo....
Continuing like that for 10 minutes Abhira could finally breathe normally.....Both Kaveri and Armaan took a huge breath....Seeing Abhira like that had knocked his socks off......
Armaan (cupping her face)-Kya huva tha huhh ? Aise toh pehle kabhi nahi hua......
Abhira (crying)-Usse bail mil gayi hai Armaan.....Yuvraaj (hiccuping)- ko .....bail.....mil....gayi hai Armaan.......
Kaveri and Armaan both were agape.....How could a murderer and a rapist even qualify for bail......Abhira hugged him tightly crying like a small child......Armaan reciprocated the hug asking her to calm down......She would spoil her health he said but Abhira couldn't stop....Finally for the first time since last 8 months,his wife asked for something from him......
Abhira (crying incessantly)-Please....Armaan....kuch karo please na......
Armaan (cupping her face)-Sabse pehle stop crying (wiping her tears)-Tum bilkul fikar nahi karogi alright,mai sab sambhal looga......
Crying Abhira slept,Manisha volunteered to sit next to that child........While Armaan went outside and went off on the Mussorie officials.........He was not Armaan Poddar for nothing.....And his wife had asked something from him for the first time since last 8 months,he would fulfill what she had asked for.......Kaveri had lambasted the Mussorie authorities for letting that boy go scot-free.......Armaan made the police open the courts midnight,while he joined in from video conferencing......he talked with the judge who had granted the bail......Armaan Poddar basically threatened the judge that if he succumbed to the politician's pressure in such a case than he would ensure that all the lawyers in Mussorie will start a strike since the woman who died Akshara Sharma was a long outstanding lawyer,his mentor and now mother-in-law.......Rohit was agape at his brother...and maybe somewhat insecure too......His brother carried a aura,authority than nobody could counter....Him and Abhira bhabhi truly looked like a power couple....He had seen his bhabhi's cases,she was just like Armaan bhai.....Armaan brother commanded respect......Armaan had never demanded respect but just his name was enough for that.......And he on the other hand was stuck with Ruhi Goenka.....She was gorgeous but that didnt count for anything......He always wanted a wife who would be ambitious and working and Ruhi on the other hand was......everything but that......
Come the morning Abhira woke up bit late,since she ahd basically cried herself to sleep last night....Once she had freshened up she saw Armaan in their room,she remembered Armaan being there for her during the panic attack and how she had told him about Yuvraaj.......Armaan handed her the message he had received from Mussorie Police......Yuvraaj's bail had been cancelled......
Armaan (caring)-Tumhe kisi baat ki fikar karne ki zarorrat nahi hai.....He will not come out.....not now,not ever.....
Abhira (hesitatingly)-Thank you.....
Abhira quickly started to get ready for Rohit's tilak....Vidya Ma had told her to wear a saree which was a huge task for her so she asked Charu who had already been ready for help......Charu helped Abhira wear the saree......and the accompanying matching delicate jewellery......Abhira opted for a baby pink saree with long jhumkas and just her magalsutra as jewellery with minimal make up.....Charu looked wow at her bhabhi...Her bhai would definitely be stunned seeing Abhira today......
Charu (explaining)-Bhabhi aapko kal raat neeche hona chaiaye tha.....Armaan bhai ne midnight par Mussorie ke courts open karvaye the.....He almost basically threatened the judge.......
Abhira (stunned)- He did what ?
Charu (explaining dramatically)-Ha bhabhi.....Armaan bhai threatened the judge with hadtaal of lawyers at Mussorie court.....Armaan bhai is just fabulous.......
Abhira was stunned hearing about the lengths Armaan went for her.....Maybe he went to that lengths for justice and Akshara,since Akshara was his mentor.....Abhira slowly went downstairs,Armaan was stunned seeing Abhira,she looked gorgeous like a goddess in the saree.....Vidya saw Armaan looking at Abhira,she smiled seeing her son in love.....She prayed to god so that Abhira's misunderstanding about Armaan diminish soon so that she and Armaan can have a happy married life......Abhira stood next to Armaan avoiding Goenkas especially Manish completely......She didnt want any part of them in her life.....However Manish kept looking at Abhira,he found somewhat of Naira in her.....Armaan who had seen Manish looking at Abhira,suddenly felt a sudden surge of protectiveness and possessiveness towards Abhira.....He brought Abhira closer to him through holding her waist......Abhira suddenly felt shock waves at Armaan's touch,she looked astonished and looked at Armaan who was glaring at Manish.....She understood that Armaan knew something about Goenkas......
Rohit could hear the whispers seeing Armaan and Abhira together and his resentment at Ruhi raised at a higher level......He knew that Armaan and Abhira had no fault in this......After the tilak was over Abhira who had changed was waiting for Armaan,because she wanted to ask him about Goenkas.....Just as Armaan closed the door of their room,he saw Abhira awake and in thoughts....
Abhira (asking)-How do you know about the Goenkas being my family ?
Armaan (taking a huge breath)-Akshara Ma ne bataya tha,the day she was in hospital....
Abhira (chuckling)-Chalo tumhe toh bataya,kyuki mujhe toh kabhi nahi batay tha......Maybe she trusted you more than me.......
Armaan (explaining)-Abhira please dont judge her,she just wanted to shield you from her harsh past.......
Abhira (angrily)-Kaach ki gudiya nahi hu Armaan,I can handle things.....
Armaan suddenly received a call from somebody,he went outside to take the call......He was informed by somebody that the share purchase of Goenkas was going good,Armaan asked the person to name the shares on Abhira Armaan Poddar's name.......Armaan was however informed that there was somebody else as well who was purchasing those shares,Armaan was curious......Who else could have motive to ruin Goenkas........

The chachu sa and Abhira scene was so cute it made me smile. Esp cause on the show they've become antis, I'm glad that we at least have fics. Very cute.

This Armaan sa is very very different from the show one. This Armaan holds a lot of power in Poddar Family and firm.... Hence by extension even Abhira would hold lot of power in the family as well as firm..... Armaan holds powerful connections though he doesn't use...... Here Rohit is very weak at both the places and hence Ruhi would be useless as well .......
Armaan sa is bit of dominating person here,but is deeply in love with his wife

Honestly as he should! On the show he's too in bogged down by his family to actually use his power, but I'm sure that given his status as a Poddar and one of the best lawyers of the city, he has immense power. Just cause his family doesn't recognize his talent, doesn't mean outsiders don't either.

Nah here is biological son of Vidya and Madhav. You will see further in chapter,how much respect he commands and how powerful he is. There are two people involved in systematically destroying the Goenkas:Armaan Poddar and Abhir Sharma......
He is bit dominant as well but with Abhira he is a completely different shade ....
