Chapter 5
Abhira was getting ready or atleast trying to get ready,a red hue spread over her face as she remembered her and Armaan's moments last night or today morning in the shower......Her husband was well,not something she had expected......While she had first met Armaan all those time ago in Mussorie and later as his wife she had always assumed that her husband was the most boring,unromantic type of person......But she had been proved wrong......Nobody could be as romantic as Armaan.......She could safely say that she had been proven wrong......Abhira was sitting drying her hair and Armaan came out of the shower he saw Abhira on the phone,a mischievous thought came into his head......he saw the zipper of T-Shirt still open and a idea came into his head.....Abhira who was talking on the phone suddenly felt butterfly like kisses on her back,she obviously knew who it was,it took everything to not moan,Abhira turned around and asked Armaan to stop but her husband was in a mischievous mood today.......Armaan held Abhira closely by her waist and slightly caressed her back......Abhira told Kipling that she would call later in the day again......Abhira immediately shut the zipper of her T-shirt.......
Abhira (asking)-Armaan kya tha ye ?
Armaan (answering)-We are on a vacation......And besides mujhe tumhara attention share karna accha nahi lagta.....
Abhira (cupping his face)-Pehle toh aisa nahi tha ? Aab achanak kya hogaya......
Armaan (pulling her closer to him)-Meri stupidity ki wajah se we lost 3 months of out time........Isiliye I donot like to share your attention anymore.......
Abhira (slowly massaging his head)-Armaan maine tumse pehle bhi kaha tha you need to forget that....
Armaan (nodding)-Mai woh kabhi nahi bhoolna chahta Ira.....So that woh stupidity mai doobara nahi daughrao......I am actually happy about that move to Jodhpur,hum dono ek dossre ko acche se time de payege......No interruptions......
Armaan left to get ready,Abhira was worried about him.....Was her husband worried that she would leave him and go......? Was that the insecurity ? But he knew that she loved him so so much....But even Abhira agreed that the move was a good idea,they could finally get the space for themselves.......Kaveri had asked Armaan to move into the Poddar Property in Jodhpur but Armaan had denied and told Kaveri that since many years he has always had a house in Jodhpur and he wanted Abhira to live in that house......
Armaan was the perfect tour guide for his wife......The entire day they visited every place there could be but Armaan didnt want to exhaust Abhira completely......He had wanted to talk to her about the doctor's treatment.....They visited Umaid Bhawan Palace, the museums,Mandore Garden.......One thing was very similar between the couple they both loved to travel......Armaan curiously asked if Akshara ma loved to travel,but Abhira smiling widely replied that she was a tour operator's daughter.....Traveling ran in her blood.....Her father had loved traveling but due to economic restraints he never could......Armaan smiled at Abhira,how proudly she could always say that she was a tour operator and a lawyer's daughter......she never had this hesitancy she loved where she had came from.....He on the other hand had not even seen his mother's photo....
After they had came back from the day,Abhira had noticed Armaan lost somewhere....She freshened up and after dinner she saw Armaan sitting on the sofa in their room lost.....She decided to talk to him....A phone rang just as Abhira was about to talk to Armaan,Abhira was going to receive it but Armaan stopped her......Abhira settled down in her husband's lap......Something was bothering him......She simply hugged him with her head at his heart.....She could hear his heartbeats.....
Armaan (confessing)-I have never seen my mother's photo......
Abhira who listened to his confession,cupped his face and kissed him on his forehead........encouraging him to speak further as to what burdened his heart.....
Armaan (confessing tearfully)-Maine hamesha dekha hai,tum hamesha aapne parents ke baare mai aapne papa ke barae kitna freely bolti ho......You have embraced your roots but maine toh kabhi aapni mumma ki tasveer tak nahi dekhi......Kitni nainsaafi ki hai maine unke saath.....Kisi ko taklif na pahuche isiliye maine ye bhi jaane diya....
Abhira (wiping his tears)-Tum aapne mumma ke ghar gaye ho Armaan.......
Armaan (nodding)-Nahi Ira.....Mai kabhi nahi gaya.....I have never even asked Papa about it.....
Abhira (chuckling)-Tumhe yaad hai mai aur papa woh Rose Garden wale ghar pe rehte the.........? That was your and your mother's house Armaan......Papa ne itne saal sambhal kar rakha hai....Ek ek cheez so that when you want to see it tum dekh sako......
Armaan (stunned)-Tumne mujhe kyu nahi bataya ?
Abhira (smiling sadly)-You always seemed like tum Vidya Ma ke sentiments hurt nahi karna chahte the,so I never told you.......anything.....
Armaan (asking like a innocent child)-Tumhare paas meri Ma ki tasveerr hai ?
Abhira (smiling)-Abhi lati hu.....
Abhira got her phone and settled herself in Armaan's lap again......Armaan held her tightly,he looked at her with a sense of pride while she searched that photograph.......She was his light at the end of tunnel......She finally found the photograph and showed it to Armaan.....Armaan was ecstatic seeing Shivani's photograph.........Abhira looked at Armaan,he was looking at the photograph as a child would.....A anger rose in her against Vidya for keeping a mother and child separated for so long.....For all the injustices that had been done against Shivani......It was a long time after which Abhira spoke.....
Abhira (telling him)-Tum bilkul tuhari mumma jaise dikhte ho Armaan.....
Armaan (surprised and happy)-Really ?
Abhira (smiling widely)-Yes....Wohi aankehin wahi chehra.....Tum lambe bilkul papa jaise ho.....(laughing)-Light ka khamba you know that type.......
Armaan (tickling her)-Accha ji,light ka khamba......abhi dikhata hu.......
Armaan tickled Abhira as much as he can.......Finally Abhira begged to be left,he left his wife not without a breath taking kiss between the couple.......Still sitting in the same position Armaan decided to talk to Abhira about the doctor......Abhira who was playing with Armaan's shirt buttons was alarmed when Armaan mentioned a doctor.......One look at Abhira's face and he knew that she was not out of that sangeet trauma......he cupped her face and calmed her down.......
Armaan (explaining)-There is nothing wrong with you Ira......Please relax alright....The doctor had mentioned ki tumhari saari reports ekdum normal hai......She is just concerned about that platelets issue and wants to start the treatment for that......So that aage jaake koi problem na ho.......
Abhira hugged Armaan tightly without replying anything about the issue at hand.....Armaan reciprocated the hug and understood why Abhira was so scared......She feared that she might lose him again......Abhira felt a grip at his shirt......he felt bad,he should not have mentioned anything right now......Armaan picked Abhira up and took her to the bed and settled next to her bringing her in his arms........he kissed on her forehead multiple times.....Tired due to all the roaming around they slept.......
In the morning,Abhira woke up to kisses and turned around......And the matter of yesterday evening came into her mind again......But Abhira smiled,she didnt want Armaan to worry.....But Armaan always saw through her.....He got up and went to shower,Abhira was confused what happened to her husband......While Abhira was taking shower,Armaan told the staff to bring today's breakfast in their room........Abhira was drying her hair when Armaan hugged her from behind......Abhira turned around and hugged him tightly........Armaan broke the hug and made Abhira look at him.......
Armaan (asking)-Mujhpar bharosa nahi hai Abhira ?
Abhira (without missing a beat)-Kaisi baat kar rahe ho Armaan...Bahut bharosa hai......
Armaan (taking a huge breath)-Toh phir tumhare dil mei kya chal raha hai ye mujhe batati kyu nahi ho tum......
Abhira (tearfully)-I....darr lag raha hai Armaan,doctor ke naam par darr lag jata hai aab......What if I lose you again ? Or what if tumhe aapni galti ka ehsaas nahi hota Armaan.......? Mai imagine bhi nahi kar sakti tumhare bina rehna.....Or Ma.....
Abhira didnt need to complete.....Armaan fully understood her fear.....All this was his and Ma's fault......He became self absorbed and only looked at his pain and forgot about his wife's pain.....Armaan hugged Abhira tightly and she sobbed........Armaan spoke a sweet nothings to his wife......She snuggled further into Armaan and he accommodated happily......Armaan had finally realized that Vidya was just plain selfish......Self centered,she never cared about him nor about Abhira......
Abhira and Armaan never relaised when their trip came to close.....They cherished their time together and their love and trust grew deeper for both of them......Armaan was now ever ready to go back and complete his remaining cases in Udaipur.....While Abhira wanted to gain how much she could in these 3 months at Mehra associates,however the owner of it was willing to shift her to Jodhpur branch but she had told them that she would be joing full time masters soon and it would be unfair to them if she couldn't give full time to her work......As soon as thry reached home,Abhira and Armaan heard some yelling in the living room,both sighed thinking Welcome Home.......Abhira furrowed her eyebrows when she heard the matter......She stopped Armaan from going inside.......They both were stunned Ruhi had a miscarriage....For the first time she felt sympathetic to Ruhi....She had been through all this.....Even though angry at Ruhi for switching the reports,Abhira went towards her and hugged her tightly......She ahd heard Vidya screeching about Ruhi's non ability to provide children and Abhira was shocked......
Abhira (angrily)-BAS !! BAS kijiye aap ma......Aapko dikhta nahi hai kya kiss takleef mai hai Ruhi.....
Vidya (scoffing)-Ruhi ne tumhare saath galat kiya tha aur tumhi uska saath de rahi ho......
Abhira (confessing)-Ha kyuki Ruhi meri badi behen hai,khoon hai woh mera......Meri Aarohi masi ki beti......(angrily)-Aur ha mai uska saath de rahi hu kyuki kuch waqt pehele mai thi Ruhi ki jagah.......Aap aapne bete ki shaadi sirf isiliye karwana chahti hai because you want grandchildren or waaris for your family ? Aapko kya mei aur Ruhi bacche paida karnewali machine lagti hai......Aap jaisi inssensitive aurat maine aaj taak nahi dekhi ........(looking at rohit )-Aur tum Rohit,kam se kam aapni biwi ka saath toh do aur agar nahi de sakte toh chod do,par ye torture roz roz meri behen nahi jhelege.......
Armaan was proud of his wife.....Despite having issues with Ruhi, Abhira took a stand for her.....Abhira slowly took Ruhi to her room and made Ruhi sit on the bed.....She gave Ruhi water to drink and wiped her tears...While Ruhi stabilized Abhira gave a call to Manish and Suwarna and told them everything.....Manish furious decided to bring Ruhi home and Suwarna agreed with them......How can Rohit stand while Vidya spew venom......Manish also decided to tell Abhira everything about their relation.......However when they came to Poddar Mansion,Manish was stunned to know that Abhira was already aware of their relation but she chose to keep silence........Just as Manish came to hug Abhira,Armaan stood infront of Abhira......Armaan clearly stated to Manish that Abhira didnt even want to see his face but she ahd kept quite all thse months because the atmospehere of thier house was not correct.....
Abhira asked manish to take care of Ruhi......BOth the GOenka couple tried to talk to Abhira but it was of no use.....Ruhi hugged Abhira and thanked her......Abhira soon after glared at Rohit and went to her room,she was disgusted at Rohit....
Soon after this incident Armaan to stopped talking to Vidya while she tried every oppotunity to talk to him.....Rohit too despised her.....Both her sons hated her and even if she tried both of them didnt talk to her......Soon three months had passed and Armaan and Abhira were ready for the move.....Soon AbhiMaan's room was all packed........Abhira was emotional seeing all this......This room had special place in her heart......Armaan back hugged Abhira.....
Armaan (kissing on her neck)-Kya soch rahi ho ?
Abhira (emotionally)-This room,holds so many memories in our heart......We fell in love staying in this room.....
Armaan (emotionally)-I know.....This room understood my feelings better when I relaized my love for you......Tumhe pata hai,iss kamre mai tumhare perfume ki smell ghar kar gayi thi.....Even when you were not here this room used to make me feel your presence.........

Omg so well written!! Absolutely love that Abhira stood up to Vidya for both herself and Ruhi. Vidya is SO vile. She needed this! Also extremely glad that Abhimaan are going away from that toxic house. They'll flourish nicely in a new place and will be able to focus more on e/o and their relationship now that they're not putting out fires all the time!
