Here for Ani, it is the people he grew up with. His relationship with them is from his childhood, he was hurt but still he tried to stay calm. His parents were taunting him, still he kept quiet. Ani in general (you leave J) has a much softer approach in talking. Let me tell you J madam has been taking shit from childhood still it hurts her, every single time. She didn't grow a thick skin. Here Ani is new to all this tamasha, being taunted, accused, disrespected and humiliated. But it shouldn't bother him or affect him because J is the FL, she deserves everything. Only if he sides with her, he deserves respect.
J can stay for Appu's marriage but she doesn't have to stay at Ani's house to do it when the marriage itself is not taking place there. She doesn't want anything except his name. Then why stay at his place. The only place where I agree with the basus.

I agree without proof she canโt force him to accept it but makers are showing this to show assertiveness and determination of FL for trp. I would like what Chandni said there if her character in the show would be indeed independent and did not need a man. Arshi is nowhere independent. She gets opportunities because she is nepokid and she lives in a loveless relationship just to flaunt the same man to Jhanak she says she does not need. Pathetic โindependentโ woman, exactly she doesnโt have any self respect. Also, Chandni cannot make fun of her character which annoys me. She really thinks very high of her character. I am sorry Chandni fans, but she is too serious and sensitive about Arshi character. A bit of humor would make her more loved as a person. Why to be so defensive about Arshi? Arshi is also flawed but Chandni says Arshi is a victim always. So donโt play a victim
