check Ani & Adi scenes..when others r present..Adi always calls him aap aap..with so much respect..where as Ani with jealousy & attitude calls him tum tum..& when they r alone or front of Jhanak..Adi also addresses him as tum

front of Jhanak only both boys dont do fakeness..they act real..or else front of others & Arshi they do lot of fakeness
