Devdas, the film that was all about feelings emotions and soul, actually lacks all three of these.

If you have watched original Devdas, the childhood scenes were the soul and major emotional stirrer of the story, and had a lot of screen time as well... Very surprisingly sets aur glamour kay chakkar may set designer has totally cutoff and has not shot at all ALL of those most important sequences of the movie.

Upar say Aishwarya's cringy overacting and Srk's extreme hamming throughout , killed the leftover soul of the movie.

Madhuri's poised, nuanced and heart touching layered classic performance (although had little screen time) coupled with great music was the only saving grace of this soul less saga.

Ra.One belongs to SRK's Hit-movies since BOI declared it a hit (for all the BOI-believers).

To Sacnilk, it isn't.

To me, it is an unusual superhero-movie with some ideas I really liked and another one of SRK's movies where he showed the courage to do something he wanted to do.

Jthj is semi hit I remember at that time, hit or not I pick this one over not others as it was sheer torture. Others in close running devdas n kank

All these movies. All were crap. No story stretching.

Maybe the better question would be, what made the movies mentioned in the poll a hit... (none of the members here can change their status anymore regardless the own liking/disliking)
