Yes the characters are Tamilians. Although the show is in English they drop in Tamil lines here and there

See if you ask if they represent the Indian culture then obviously the answer is no, it doesn't . These characters are US and behave as US people.

It's more on what the US Indians are about. While being Americans they still have an identity related to India that they feel is a string attached to them which they either want to remove or hold onto...

It's cool that he dubbed his voice for other languages but that's not enough for them to make me watch this film

And i hate this sequel fever this entire movie industry has gotten after Bahubali....like finish telling your story within a single movie and not make the audience wait for a sequel which might not end up happening

True that. Yaar if Devara will not be a success (which I feel it might not be) your story will go away midway. Stories like Salaar etc. hasn't even shown anything in part 1

About the trailer I found it OTT too, but I liked the acting of NTR, like his two characters are poles apart and he has put up with an ease..

It's his home production so I think total Focus will be on him
