Don't go by promo shoot , Angad will meet the kid separately then accidentally he will meet sahiba also, in the promo shoot expression of angad was not shown so we need to wait for actual promo, if that is the case why he is in dapper look like Angad , may be family saved him. But that will be double twist i guess. There was a dream of simran , where she dreamt that both angad and sahiba ka accident ho jaata hai, may be that is the case

I think he will know. Hence Manveer asks teenon? He will surprise her. Hoping they give a serious happy scene when they find out she is pregnant and one proper emotional separation.

Tbh I don't like him knowing of the baby cause based on Ganja writing and track record he will cry more for the baby he never met over Sahiba however we move.

that can be because the brars must have been informed somehow(through sahiba or some other way) that sahiba saved Angad and is in hospital.. so wen they reach hospital they are expecting to see Angad n sahiba only..
