We will always have difference of opinions and it’s fun to discuss but as long we don’t end up hurting anyone’s feelings.
One thing is for sure, I will never develop any dislike for any of you guys over a fictional show. Shows aate jaate rahenge but not dosti

Dil jeet liya 😍😍
Congrats Goldie
I don’t know how it works in the entertainment industry but atleast in corporate world, if employees don’t get what they are promised, they can always bring it up to their hiring manager and not wait till you decide to quit.
I can totally understand it must have been frustrating for her not getting what she was promised. But did she mention discussing her displeasure with the PH (at timely intervals) before making the final decision to quit.
It should be the same thing in industry too. Except producers like Ekta, Gul retaliate if the actors state the obvious by blacklisting you. Once your contract expires you can speak whatever you feel like. This PH is relatively new so they might not retaliate as they don't have the power. But again that is unfair practice and the actor was not being unprofessional by telling as it is, it is the powerful producers who are being unprofessional.
Next is Tushar no. Makers won’t show serry this show is all about seerat

Speaking your mind is never unprofessional. If we start accepting mistreatment then it will be never ending. Like I said earlier, a lot depends on your employer. Some folks are ready to face the repercussions no matter how your employer would consume your feedback. I hope this PH isn’t like Gul or Ekta and hope they do consider actors’ feedback as constructive criticism.
