I think Appu wants to go to her sasural as early as asapโฆ she is telling her mom also something & something like Lallon she tells .. canโt hear clearly .. as u said voice not clear

But in OG story first leads had married & were leading married life โฆ then after a point they divorceโฆ that time the og ML also left story there .. some other actor later played Anirudh part
