It will be an obvious choice and sensible too. If mom survives only, baby can survive. It is not like it is a fully grown baby. It is still in fetus form. So any rational person will choose the mom at this point.

From the precap it seems Ani has toned down. Not sure why. But it will be really a tragedy if abortion or MC happens without Ani knowing that it is his baby. Hopefully something positive should come.

I know it going to be the toughest time for Anirudh. Getting hated by Janak will be the utmost punishment for him. Having seen makersโ approach so far, no wonder they will go this way to make Ani suffer and audience too.
