There is no clarification from his instagram account about his health status or any vote appeal for SSS3, never any clip is uploaded with Pihu in it, they don't even follow each other.

Their winner is already decided either Atharv or Shubh , more inclined towards Shubh at present. By playing games with Avirbhav they want to undermine and decrease his chances for winning, their terms maybe that if he wins then share the trophy with Peehoo.
