But Original songs like this RK (Dont know if released seperately) which are part of another show and not standalone can't be used by others unless released. So it looks like DKP got StarPlus to force Swastik to share right with them.

I had seen this in 2020. Someone had posted it on IF in Mahabharata forum..

But can't blame him, he wasn't getting any role after that Amitabh Bachchan incident (till Mahabharata), so probably he had no other option than working in such C or D grade movies. He had a kitchen to run

Ohh..that i understand...in fact, after duryodhan he was only offered negative role. Unfortunately, earlier days actors like Arun govil, nitish bhardwaj who work in mythology are type casted in those only.

How did Swastik agree to share the rights to play? DKP has such money and power to buy copyrights to it? Or Star forced them since it's all about star shows. Don't remember any other case of such mixup of songs.

Or was RK music released as a separate album?

Maybe it was star show thats why RS somehow got rights to use it.. or else both of their shows r of 10 PM, i dont think Nastik will give it🤷‍♀️ or they know abt SAB shows decent trps so didnt felt threatened.
