I am referring to a pattern evident in the Current Affairs forum: Newbies who share news articles about the Indian government's hiring of hitmen through a drug trafficker, threats to religious minorities in India etc. get banned and their total of ~1-2 posts get erased or deleted.

Maybe you would like to check these profiles and find a reason why they would be banned?

Quotes of their posts invariably show that these Newbies used polite language, didn't excuse any criminal activity, and didn't get personal, while those disagreeing with them are cheering for murder and imprisonment without due process, name-calling and slandering foreign leaders and forum members (as terrorist sympathizers, drug users, fake Hindus, fake Indian citizens etc.), and swearing without anyone editing or removing their posts.

DT members are laughing about how much they enjoy taking punitive action and find it amusing that their targets are suffering.

I will definitely go through the same. But there are certain information that DT have access to which members are not aware of and not all information can be shared with others. 

There are instances where we see that some members join the forum just to create trouble and they have created multiple IDs.

I can see that there are many things that you're unaware of in India Forums. It's alright, moderators are here to help whoever asks.

You should have noticed that there's a team called 'Crazy Creatives' (obviously you should have noticed since the team has gotten some special attention of your selected nitpicking for the past years) which works on certain threads as a team. The team members are selected on a recruitment basis. And a 'private forum' you claim to get you a 'forbidden to enter' message can be accessed only by those selected members. Hope that helps.

Since one member is discussing his/her warning issues and mod issue here can I too? It's been a long persistent issue, mods were helpful issue was resolved too but suddenly they aren't and I am unable to understand what liaison they have with the matter. 

Can we have more ranks after Achieverz to encourage members to keep posting? It's boring being stuck with one colour.

If it doesn't require IF features (like implanting the eggs in random sections on IF for Easter game or the WC prediction game) you could contact Minionite or one of your friends and host it on games or even BWF forum (permission Leni padegi from the forum mods, though)
