Bibi needs to step down, and let cooler heads mitigate this problem.
The article post that you quoted only proves one thing.
Israel tried its best to promote peace. It understood well that if that society made progress it might turn the tide. Now it’s being used wrongly.
Just like the recent protests full of hate and: anti semitism
I have only one simple question. Why don’t these protestors that keep asking for Palestine - ask Hamas to return hostages and surrender their arms and then ask for peace if war continues? Instead they openly state that they want Hamas to kill soldiers.
Even on IF we have members constantly being anti semitic and being unbanned. Kuch naheen Honey waala een hate mongers ka. Hence Israel has to continue to act and finish off Hamas. End of story.
It's very very important to note, that Likud doesn't speak for the whole of Israel, and Hamas doesn't speak for all the Palestinians. When certain political groups make irresponsible decisions, bad things will inevitably happen.

With the highest of respect ... You do know Bibi was instrumental in strengthening Hamas before this hot-mess started?
No, he wasn't: that's pure propaganda
For a brief period in the 80s, when Hamas was first created, the then Israeli government briefly thought it might be a good idea to support them to undercut Yasser Arafat. But that was ended very quickly once they read the Hamas charter, & saw what they were all about. All this was long before Netanyahu had entered politics
If anything has strengthened Hamas & other jihadist groups, it was the appeasement policies of past Israeli leaders - Rabin, Peres, Sharon, Barak and Olmert. Even Netanyahu in his past terms would cede territory to the Palis - mainly due to pressure from Bill Clinton. But other than that, he was clearer sighted than others, although he still has a blind spot about islam/muslims & thinks they can be reasoned w/. Some might, like the ones in UAE and Bahrein, but not others

They even tried to build a mosque near the World Trade center area, during Obama's rule (with his support of course) but had to drop it due to opposition. The mosque was already operating in a small scale (still is I think) in that area, but they wanted to build a huge Mosque and Islamic center which will be visible in the Manhattan skyline where Twin Towers used to be, keeping up with their tradition of destroying enemy territory and building Mosques in the same place
You know what it was called? Cordoba House (also Park51) not surprisingly Corodoba, Spain was the capital of the Caliphate of Córdoba, from which the Umayyad dynasty ruled all of al-Andalus until 1031.
That's the whole deal w/ Temple Mount, as well as Hagia Sofia. Both were built on the most sacred sites of Jews and Byzantine Christians. Just like 40,000 temples in India were destroyed, & mosques built over them. To this day, even Christians don't dare demand that Hagia Sophia be turned back into a cathedral, and as for Jews, they're not even allowed to silently mouth prayers at the Western Wall, & the Israeli govt had a conniption fit when Itamar Ben-Gvid wanted to do precisely that
The Ground Zero mosque that they wanted to build was on a Burlington Coat Factory warehouse, which had been damaged b'cos a part of the debris of the Twin towers fell on it, damaging it, which was how the muslims got it dirt cheap. Thankfully, the opposition to it then was so loud that they had to abandon it, & the guy who organized it happens to be broke today. Similarly, at Shanksville, they originally wanted to build a Crescent of Embrace, which some enterprising architectural analyst studied & showed that its center faced the qibla. As a result of public protests, that crescent was transformed into a circle, so that the attempt to smuggle in a tribute to islam was nipped in the bud. However, today, if muslims wanted to build a mosque there, I doubt that anyone could stop them, given how woke or intimidated everyone has become
That is why the only compromises that can be done w/ muslims are.... no compromise! If their mosques are sitting on stolen property, give it back. There is no reason why even one sq inch of territory in kafir lands, be it Israel, India, Serbia, Armenia, Greece, et al should be waqf property. Seize them all, & restore them to their original purpose

Except that the people who were massacred on October 7th were mainly from the Israeli Left. There were people who employed Palis in their homes, companies, which is how the Palis knew exactly where to go to hunt them down. It was a serious security breach. It's only after that that Israel has banned Palis from working, and is now encouraging workers from other countries to go there, especially India
As a result of this massacre of people who were clearly liberal, leftists, the Leftist parties in Israel, who before then were wrestling Bibi on judicial reform, suddenly rallied to national unity, and Israel now has a national unity government. Therefore, your demands that Bibi step down are asinine: even the Israeli left doesn't currently demand this. Yeah, it is worth investigating after the war why October 7th happened, but a big part of it is that too many Jews are unwilling to recognize the islamic underpinnings of Judeophobia. To this day, only a handful of Jews I can count who are willing to do it: Ben Shapiro, Daniel Greenfield, Debbie Schlussel, Bat Yeor, Rebecca Bynum
Once Israelis are willing to recognize muslims as the threats that they are, instead of boasting how there are muslim MKs or how the head of major Israeli companies are Israeli Arabs, they'll be far more safer. It has nothing to do w/ whether Netanyahu or anyone else sits in the prime minister's office

Nice breakdown bro, but why no mention of Bibi's pending corruption trial?
These sort of things have a factor in what politicians do; that is to use the war to delay, delay and delay.

This is pretty standard: during wars, these sorts of events get pushed aside due to executive privilege. Just like in the US, you can't sue a president while he is in office
Also, his corruption trial is well known, but enough Israelis trusted that none of the alternatives - Blue & White, or anyone else, were up to the task. Which is why they re-elected him
Your hobbyhorse of Netanyahu just makes it look like the Palis are all in the clear on this

Israel's future needs to be determined by Israelis, and Israelis alone. Neither you nor I have any business telling them who should be their PM. You sound exactly like US Leftists who want Modi to be defeated. Maybe he should be, but that's not for non-Indians to determine
