Thinking about it now, it is difficult to imagine anyone else in place of Samiya Mumtaz but keeping in view the acting caliber of Savera Nadeem, she would also have done a good job.
savera wold've been good too.. she has played negative, fierce roles (bari aapa, viraasat etc.)
she is known for such roles

and this was always the twist.. it is how much screenspace they give. Have u noticed? it's almost parallel lead!
