Exciting Changes: Transitioning from Smiley GIFs to Modern Emojis - Page 3

What what why on earth are these emoji’s being changed? I absolutely loved these emoji’s even more than the real ones and would always use them!

These emoji’s made IF more unique than other platforms so why copy them instead of staying original!

The Gif emoji’s were way better who wants to use boring bland emoji’s which are used daily on other SM websites!
Why not retexture them or make newer Gif emoji’s to make them more modern.

I’m sorry to say but I’m not happy with this change 👎🏼

Yes please, can we keep this "🤣🤣"?? This is my favourite emoji.

These emojis on IF was one of its best features. Please don't change it.

Only reason I prefer to come here instead of twitter is because we got animated emojis on IF .

I like animated emojis more and was expecting to get more additions to the collection not this update 🤔.

We can & we do use digital emojis via our phone keyboards; so I don’t get the point of this change .

We have to applaud you, Vijay, for these enhancements that will improve the members' daily experience. It will undoubtedly elevate the expressions of members who use these emojis. Excellent work that will yield an incredible beneficial effect in interactions. Thanking our tech staff for their relentless work to keep the site interesting.

My suggestions / requests:

Please remove the emoji (#30). = 🐷

I’m sorry to say but I’m not happy with this change 👎🏼

With just this change, we will save over 25GB of database space and over 2TB of server bandwidth per month.

This makes the site load faster.

And as I said we will bring the animated emoji which will work with the new emojis.

It's already working both ways then why change?

There is nothing that can replace the animated emojis of IF.

I will already miss "🤪" emoji. It's really sets the mood when you are having fun banter with your friends or talking in your secret language.
