I guess this is worldwide collection...
The film was a worldwide success, with its popularity extending across Southern and Central Asia, Eastern and Western Africa, the Middle East, East Asia, Turkey and Soviet Union
Someone said, during a recent trip to Paris a Middle eastern/South American looking (could be Eastern European too) cab driver, when he realized they were Indians excitedly talked to them about Disco Dancer and Mithun. When they asked about Khans he had no idea. He only knew about DD cz his mom was a big fan and talked about it often
From the 90s actors though, it’s the one and only Aamir Khan. He opened 100, 200 and 300 and 1000 crore clubs in the BW.

Yes, Ghajini was the first BW movie to collect 100 crore domestically
But I also read online that it was Hum Aapke Hain Kaun

That’s what I read here too. I think it’s based on footfalls and adjusting price or something
Who is this Mithun now?
The "100cr club" etc. had been created only for domestically achieved boxoffice. So, no, Disco Dancer certainly had been a successful movie (also overseas) but it doesn't belong to the 'club' label.
And if one starts with adjusting the past worth of a boxoffice result to the current worth, it should be done for e v e r y (Hindi) movie.
I still think that the footfalls-number is the fairest comparison tool, as also the ticket prices are important to get considered in a fair comparison (imo).
