I fully agree. Also it would be good if Abhira pointed out to Armaan that she could have used the medical history aspect he told her in court against Ruhi too. That bit even though a private convo - actually is the main reason Ruhi cant be allowed to get away with it. It wasnt a simple case of accident on bad roads, bad weather and car suddenly having issues which can happen to anyone of us. This was a person who gets panic attacks and should not be driving until she is treated and cured, has medical clearance being on the road speeding because she was upset with a family member in a faulty car.

And he maybe guilty over Ruhi but he needs to wake up and realize that he is defending a woman who is medically unfit to be driving in the first place purely out of guilt for personal reasons. If he had seen this case as a purely professional one, he'd have declined to take it because the offender should not even have been driving let alone speeding and he knows that as a lawyer. The only reason he took this case is because he is guilty and not because of legal merit

She is lucky she didnt kill anyone.

Armaan guilt tripping Abhira has led to withdrawal of case and Ruhi escaping this time but his guilt over Ruhi is being USED by her to stay in his life in someway or the other and he is allowing it. This is not gonna end well if he keeps on letting his guilt take over his decisions.

Nah, the medical condition thing will go in Ruhi's favour. She could get away with a bigger crime with medical defence.

that's why he said sorry to manish and manish warned both that way. If they destroy her more what's left except breaths and living for oldies. By the way garvita locked like a glass doll today in that dress reminded me of old akshu.

Weise eek baath toh kehna padega...rishta makers did a big mistake choosing law as the proffesion of FL and ML. They really can't excute court case plots in a sane way. But I really don't understand, what was the purpose of this whole case?

medical thing is a huge red flag for Ruhi if Abhira wanted to use it in court.

As a physician one very important thing we tell patients when we diagnose someone with panic attacks, seizure disorder amongst many other ailments etc is to tell them they cannot drive

Panic attacks are not the same as just having a minor depression episode or minimal anxiety where driving is ok.

elderly people who develop medical issues often have their licenses revoked or suspended purely for medical reasons depending on whether its a temporary or permanent ailment
