I know I hate the winds too. Rem when some months ago we were forecasted to have really bad winds. Winter will kick in now as the clocks also wind back today.

I'm just catching up on replying to ny threads as I have like to finish replies to ny threads and I have got quite a few as I got busy.

We had a loss with this house because of the builder and the family members (In-laws) who were looking after construction and later maintenance since we were abroad at that time. Material quality and a huge chunk of money are missing, no proper account money spent, etc.

When we visited our hometown after a long time, too many things went south: property issues, family disputes, our new terrible neighbour and whatnot enough drama to make an ITV serial. The bottom line, it was not a great vacation in India. Now, I have two lawyers, one specialising in civil and another in family and criminal laws.

Now it's looked after by our friend who sends details of every penny spent and who was also into real estate in the past.
