- Haya and Uroosa are real sisters. But Haya was adopted by her uncle as her mother died and father couldn't look after both sisters or something like that
- Haya loves her uncle's son Hadi. They both are best friends. Hadi only see's Haya as his best friend but Haya loves him alot
- Hadi likes Haya's sister Uroosa and gets married to her
- Haya gets really upset and admits that she loved Hadi and wanted to marry him. She leaves home and goes to stay with her friend and her husband she eventually leaves from there as her friends husband has bad intentions. Haya's family have no idea where she is now
- After a few months Uroosa gets pregnant but dies in childbirth.. Hadi who is a doctor was doing the surgery he feels he is responsible for this. He doesn't take responsibility of the child
- Now Hadi is really missing Haya.. and wants to find her because he needs his friend

I think thats about it.. you should catch up it will make more sense then..
