Sharad Kelkar should get credit for Bahubali success in Hindi version.

So I watched Saaho today and its an entertaining film. The action scenes were really good. I don't know why it got negative reception and what people were expecting. Probably another Bahubali but this movie was not directed by Rajamouli.

Anyway, Prabhas's South Indian accent in the film might be one of the reason the movie didn't do that well after a solid start. His dialogue delivery is fine but that South Indian accent was distracting. Therefore I think we should give equal credit to Sharad Kelkar like Prabhas for the success of Bahubali. Otherwise Bahubali 2 wouldn't have crossed 500 Crores in the Hindi version if Prabhas had done Hindi dubbing for that film too.

If thats the case, most of the actresses in south get dubbed by others. So should we credit them too?

I think it didn't work in South because the makers wanted to make another pan Indian film like Bahubali, by trying to make it more appealing to North Indians, hence losing takers in South.

I said the south accent might be one of the reasons, not the only reason.

Sharad Kelkar is a TV actor.
