Exactly why calculated promotions are meant to lure people into the theaters.

Shradha is a ''mass heroine '' like Katrina..She is gorgeous.People don't expect huge acting from her, plus she is a likeable personality, she never shows desperation for validation...Quite contented with whatever opportunities she got. No repulsive PR overdrive..People would love to pay and watch her...

Or maybe crowd pullers can have bad movies which people do not want to go watch? That doesnt necessarily mean they are not popular! How do we read all the flops Kartik has had in between BB2 and BB3? Is he a crowd puller or not?

That's why in some cases, promotions can make or break a movie.

She definitely deserves credit along with the rest of the cast. The first one was a much loved hit movie and we have seen that work for other sequels like Drishyam and Bahubali, the genre of comedy + horror worked and I am not a big fan of any of the actors but they all are great in this movie. So, all of this contributed to movie's success. But Shraddha is also one of the things that worked very well in this movie - her beauty and mystery was a great foil to the simple and raw comedy of the other characters.
