Part 1

Chapter 1

Armaan was teaching a class about Law....He was a visiting faculty and the college had requested a lot for his presence....Abhira had pushed him to shpen the young minds who wised to pursue Law.....She had given him Akshara's example and how she had changed his life with her teaching.....he had to agree sometimes his wife was way better lawyer than he was....It had been 5 years since they had left Poddar House and they couldnot be happier......Without any daily drama from the family members and Kaveri's ego battles they lived alone happily...Armaan was done with the class and went to pick up his wife.....And few weeks ago they received the best news of their lives,Abhira was expecting.....More than Abhira his stress levels had gone up....They had been ecstatic.....First he wanted Abhira's career to stabilise and than plan for something like this and now that Abhira was well settled in her career they were very happy with this news.....

Armaan worked with one of the top most firms of Mumbai as their Legal head....When he had left Poddar Firms he had been flooded with offers from Udaipur but he had chose to leave Udaipur as he didnt want to stay in same city as Poddars......Many years ago after he had started earning,he had purchsed a huge house in Mumbai...Somwhere he had anticipated this moment but in his moment he was alone but god had given him Abhira...Abhira had chosen corporate law and was working with Dev Shekhawat.....Armaan entered the campus of Abhira's office and he saw Abhira come out smiling at him.....These days every time his wife smiled at him he forgot to take a breath,she looked beautiful due to the pregnancy glow.....Armaan opened the door for her and once she was seated properly Armaan sat in his own seat.....Armaan opened the windows of the car,he knew she preferred fresh air rather than the one in AC in the car......

Once Armaan and Abhira entered the house,Abhira immediately left to take a bath,Armaan asked the staff to prepare tea and Poha for Abhira.....Abhira sat on the bed feeling a bit tired....She knew that she had to talk to Armaan,Dev sir had given her that file specifically......She glanced at the bed side table photo of her and Armaan.....Armaan had changed in these many years,and she blamed Poddar family for it.....Obviously the change was never visible for her,for her he was always the same khadossman and Armaan but for rest of the world her husband had changed......And Kaveri Poddar was responsible for it.....She knew that Armaan still loved his family somewhere but all that love was hidden underneath the anger for them....Armaan came to the room with Poha and tea for Abhira....Abhira almost got down to sit on the sofa but Armaan asked her to sit and just eat properly......Armaan fed her with his hands.....Abhira suddenly felt like milk smell somewhere....Suddenly she felt bile rise up and she went to the washroom,Armaan followed her to help....he held her hair up while threw up.....Armaan gave her tissue to clean her face while Abhira asked him to get the tea away.....he asked the staff to take the tea cup away.....

Armaan (making her sit on the bed)-Are you alright ? Chai ki smell se problem hoti hai ?

Abhira (nodding)-Milk...I will eat after sometime....

Armaan (smiling)-Mai green tea bana deta hu....Aur dinner mai kya khana hai ? Mai bana dooga.....

Abhira (smiling,hugging him)-Tum toh masterchef baan gaye ho Khadoosman.....

Armaan (hugging her tightly)-Baby ke saamne toh Khadoosman mat bulao Ira....

Abhira (laughing)-Okay fine....Chilli noddles.....

Armaan (smiling,kissing her on the cheek)-Your wish is my command......Mai sab vegetables check karke aata hu.....Tum tab tak Poha khao...

Abhira (stopping him)-Armaan wait,(taking out the file behind the pillow)-Dev sir ne mujhe ye tumhe dene ko kaha tha....

Armaan was stunned for a bit....While he and Dev were friendly,he didnt expect him to give him some file.....Armaan took the file and opened it.....he was shocked...His grandfather's age old firm was bankrupt and Poddar Mansion was going to get sold as well,since it was the assests attached....Armaan closed the file and called Krish who had been living in Mumbai since 3 years.....Krish told him that it was all because of Rohit inability to manage things and Sanjay's mismanagement.....And Kaveri's too much trustful nature of Sanjay.....Abhira calmed him down.....

Abhira (asking)-Help karna chahte ho toh kar lo Armaan....

Armaan (chuckling)-Like they helped us ? Like she seperated us ? Her hatred towards you was egoistic....Unhe help karne ka koi sawal nahi uthta....Agar chahiye hogi toh woh khud magegi.....

Abhira (taking a huge breath)-Fine not her but Ma and Papa,Manoj chachu and chachi and the children Armaan....bahut chote hai......Krish kitna manage karega....Please just for those people.....

Armaan (taking a huge breath)-Just Vidya Ma and papa and manoj chachu and chachi......par mai tumhe yaha chod kar Udaipur nahi jaane wala....Me and Krish will cordinate....Donot worry about the Chorus Gang....mai sambhal looga unka.....But tum koi stress nahi loogi promise me.....

Abhira (smiling,kissing him on the cheek)-Promise....

Armaan called Krish and asked him to go to Udaipur and he would connect him with a lawyer and than asked Krish that if Vidya Ma and papa along with Manoj chachu and chachi and the kids wanted to live here till the matter was sorted he would allow that.....Krish thanked him profusely.....He mentioned that he would keep Kiara,Aryan and Charu with him since that would be too much for Abhira bhabhi....But he mentioned that they would loved to meet you and bhabhi.....All of them missed you a lot....Krish hesitaitingly asked about Rohit,Armaan bitterly replied that Rohit can stay with his dadisa.....

Krish like Armaan had mentioned met the lawyer in Udaipur who reprsented Kaveri and Manoj and Rohit......The matter was held for futher review.....Kaveri was suprised,no lawyer had been ready to take the case of Poddar Firms....Who was this lawyer.....Krish talked with the lawyer and asked him to stay in his contact....

Kaveri (tautingly to Vidya)-Dekh liya Vidya tumhara ladla beta nahi aaya....

Krish (laughing)-Aapki jaan kari ke liye bata du,ke ye lawyer Armaan bhai ne arrnage kiya hai.....Udaipur mai aapka case koi lene ko taiyaar nahi tha Nanisa.....Isiliye aapna ego kam kijiye.....

(To Vidya)-Mami aap aur Madhav Mama and Manoj Mamu and Manisha Mami aap sab Armaan bhai ke paas Mumbai jayye.....Unhone khud mujhe kaha hai ki woh aap sab ki help karege......Woh nahi aa sake because Abhira bhabhi ki tayet theek nahi hai......

Madhav (instantly)-Kya huva Abhira ko ?

Krish (smiling)-Woh sab mai aapko baad mai bata hu....Aryan,Kiara and Charu tum log bhi chalo....Tum sab mere saath reh lena....

Kaveri (confused)-Toh hum kya kare.....?

Krish (angrily)-Woh aapka headache hai......Jaise aapne bhai aur especially bhabhi ko treat kiya hai aapko lagta hai bhai aapki help karege ? Woh toh Manoj chachu involved the isiliye ye lawyer bhi unhone bheja warna toh aapke aur Rohit bhai ke liye toh aapke saamne bhi nahi dekhte....(To Rohit)-Aab kijiye sab kuch handle....Bade chale the Armaan bhai ki jagah lene.....The fact is that Advocate Armaan Poddar jaisa koi aur nahi ho sakta,maybe shyad Abhira bhabhi par aur koi nahi.....

The people with Krish headed to airport...krish had already explained to them that Armaan bhai was not the same anymore,he had changed....Which had left Vidya perplexed.....Her non support was responsible for this.....Her too much support to Rohit was responsible for all this....Krish asked her to calm down.....manisha was happy and so were the chorus gang....They would meet their bhai and bhabhi after such a long time.....After sending The Chorus Gang for check in Krish told them about Abhira's health......

Krish (happily)-Bhabhi is expecting....2nd month hai.....hence bhai nahi aa pai....Mai Nanisa ke saamne nahi batana chahta tha....I donot trust her....

Vidya (happily)-Mai dadi bannewli hu......Nahi Armaan ne theek kiya ki woh nahi aaya.....

Krish (warning)-Mamisa mai pehle se keh raha hu....Bhai has changed a lot......Zyada expect karke mat jaana.......

Armaan had been waiting at the airport while Abhir was with Abhira.....Abhira had found out about her brother after their move to Mumbai,she had been in tears when he had showed up at their doorstep.....Abhir was a surgeon hence Armaan had little more confidence on him......He saw Krish with the rest of family and he knew that Abhira was right.....He could see Vidya was in frail health maybe the stress of all of this.....But he kept his emotions in check....He hugged Manoj and Manisha tightly.....and took blessings fromt them but didnt meet Madhav or Vidya....They were hurt but they knew that this was their doing........Armaan asked Krish to stay at their place tonight with the chorus gang since it was midnight and it wouldnot be safe to which Krish agreed.....Aryan,Kiara and Charu hugged their bhai tightly.....Armaan hugged them back.....Abhira was right,even though they were in their college,their siblings would need their support......Madhav noticed that Armaan didnt even ask about Rohit and Dadisa.....Armaan divided the people in 2 cars.....He asked Manisha and Manoj to accompany him....

They arrived at Armaan and Abhira's place late at night.....Vidya was proud of her son,the life they had created for themselves.....Armaan asked the staff to keep the lugages in rooms and asked him to show the rooms to the guest....Which had probably hurt Vidya and Madhav more than expected......Manisha hugged Armaan tightly and thanked him for helping them despite the differences......

Armaan (smiling)-Sorry Chachisa par thanks ki haqdar mai nahi Abhira hai......She persuaded me to send a lawyer....Aur mai bhi isilye bheja because Chachusa was involved.....Ye sab expect nahi kiya tha maine ghar ke saath....

Manisha (cupping his face)-Armaan samai ka chakra ghumta hai beta aur karmo ka phaal bhugt na padta hai....Phir chahe woh Kaveri Poddar hi kyu naho....Krish told us about Abhira.....Congratulations......

Armaan (touching her feet)-Thank you Chachisa.....

Manoj (hugging Armaan)-We are very proud of you beta.....Despite being conflicted tune ek seond nahi lagaya help ke liye,and no matter what anybody said Armaan,tere jaisa lawyer koi nahi ho sakta.......

Asha (a staff member asked)-Sir Mam ko utha du ?

Armaan (nodding)-Nahi sone dijiye usse,sleep zaroori hai uske liye....

Asha (fearfully)-Sir mam bahut daat lagai gi....

Armaan (laughing)-Mai sambhalooga.....

Manisha (laughing)-Abhira ka khauf maintained hai ab bhi....?

Armaan (chuckling)-I donot think that can change........

Come the morning,Armaan could hear Abhira throwing up in the washroom,Armaan immediately went to the washroom and helped Abhira.....Abhira washed her mouth with mouth wash and wiped her face with wet wipes.....Armaan made her sit and went to get ginger ale for her.....along with something salty and sugary....

Abhira (asking)-Ye ghee jaisa kya ban raha hai,please make it stop.......

Armaan (softly)-Relax mai dekh kar aata hu....

Just as he entered the kitchen Armaan instructed the staff to stop making anything of ghee and opened the windows of entire house.....He made ginger ale for Abhira and took somebiscuits for her.....Abhira felt better once she drank the ginger ale....She decided to freshen up and asked the cook to cut up some fruits for her......Armaan took Abhira for breakfast........
