Character Sketch
Abhira Armaan Poddar- Abhira had to get married to Armaan due to insistence of Akshara at her death bed....While Abhira had refused the union initially,Akshara had given her her dead father Abhinav's promise.....Abhira hates Armaan for in trying to save him Akshara died.....Abhira has completed her LLB and is now currently pursuing her masters and is freelancing at court currently.....Abhira is fully aware of the Goenkas story in her mother's life.....However she is not interested in contacting them.Abhira has bonded with everybody in the Poddar family even Kaveri.....And slowly and steadily her hatred for Armaan is also diminishing but slowly.....
Armaan Madhav Poddar- Armaan Poddar is one of the topmost lawyers of the country,he is bit dominating person.Armaan holds a lot of power not just in Poddar Family but the firm as well.... Armaan had fallen deeply for his wife...He had married her after promising his Guru and mother-in-law Akshara Sharma that he would take care of her..Abhira had expected Armaan to divorce her but had dashed all her hopes when he told her that he would not break his promise to Akshara......He knows that Abhira hates him.he too feels guilty seeing Abhira miss Akshara.....he didnt even know when he had fallen for his wife.....he feels very happy seeing Abhira bond with all his family members....In his nature he has many of his traits like his grandmother Kaveri...He many a times takes calculated risks.....He is biological son of Madhav and Vidya Poddar.....
Rohit Madhav Poddar- Rohit is younger brother of Armaan and is a lawyer..Rohit has barely started scratching the surface of law but many a times he feels inferior and heavy expectations since his elder brother is one of the top most lawyers....Rohit is due to get married to Ruhi who Kaveri had chosen for him....Though Rohit doesn't like Ruhi,he is marrying her because of Kaveri.....Rohit frustrates Kaveri to a great extent and is always asserting Armaan as her heir....
Ruhi Goenka- Ruhi after Akshara left had realized that the accident of Aarohi was not Akshara's fault but her fault.....Goenkas tried to search for Akshara so much but it was like Akshara didnt want to be found....Ruhi misses her masi and both siblings very much and still is searching for her but no avail..... However Ruhi would be aghast to see that Rohit holds little to no say in the household or firm.
Abhir Abhinav Sharma- Dr Abhir Sharma is one of the finest heart surgeons....He was rescued by Kairav and Muskaan and both of them kept Abhir's surviving a secret from Goenkas.....Abhir has been searching for his mother and sister since long but recently he received the news about his mother's death which had left him and Kairav both heartbroken.....Slowly and steadily Abhir has started buying the shares of Goenka diamond works......He hates them and hopes to destroy them....
