The episode begins with Manish walking on the road and pondering over the fact Abhira is Akshu’s daughter , he recollects Akshu dancing Their sweet family moments his sweet moments and then he realises Ruhi and Ab were sisters . Manish weeps as he recollects how he rejected her phone call before she died ,Manish wails how he rejected her phone call , how he would have known about Ab . He retreats and apologises for rejecting her call that day. He regrets and gets chest discomfort n falls to the floor n writhes in pain . Swarna and Surekha return n are shocked to find Manish sick, the doctor comes n informs he has cardiac ailment n was very critical , shifts him to hospital .
At Poddar house Ruhi and Ab clash over B naanu .
Ab senses something amiss and gets very worked up . Armaan comes and calms n consoles her ,she wants to meet P naanu ans she senses something is not right .
She rushes tk Goenka house accompanied by reluctant Ar . They are shocked to find P naanu very sick .They decide not to wait for ambulance but move him tk hospital immediately . Ab caresses his forehead lovingly n Mnish feels comfort . He soon opens his eyes at Ab’s touch n smiles at Ab . Ab talks to him lovingly . Reminds him of making kachories . The doc comes when ambulance arrives and finds Manish was looking much better , he is outnof danger , returns ambulance . Doc feels this is a miracle Manish recovered . Ab says it’s their secret. She sings for him n Manish comfortably falls asleep . Swarna and Surekha thank Ab. As she is leaving Swarna asks her not to tell Ru anything.
Kaveri asks Abheera to do the mama bhaat and Rajasthani Maira rituals from her side as she had done this ritual of Nath very nicely . The girls family has to be present and both families give eachother gifts . Ar opposes Kv’s proposal , he reminds her Ab’s situation. Kv argues that Ab did Nat ritual with parent’s blessings , she will do the next one too. Taunts Ab asking if blessings will fall short, if she needs financial support . A looks worried but assures the ritual will be done . Ar is concerned for Ab . Everyone claps as Kv asks Ab to do the ritual and asks Ar to stop worrying for Ab.

Kv tells Sanjay that next day will be the last battle between Ab n Kv and that girl will be defeated .San smiles . Ab reassures Worried Ar that she will surely make some arrangements.
The next day the next ritual begins, Kv shows off the pile of gifts from Poddar family side and asks if there were any gifts from her side or will she make do with the envelops only ? Manish Goenka arrives with hugs pile of gifts from Ab’s maika side . The various gifts are displayed on the table by servants Kv is taken aback .
Note. Young Akshara, her bro Kairav His wife Muskaan and Mimi were shown in the episode , no other Gen#3 character was shown in the episode today .
