There’s absolutely nothing wrong with her face. Have you guys never seen Katrina smile before? Her eyes always narrow when she’s giving a big deep smile. There’s also the fact that she’s not wearing any make up, specially eye make up, and she’s not 20 years old anymore.

She either got some work done after Ambani wedding or it’s part of treatment or she has gained weight. She mentioned in the interview of jab tak hai Jaan that there are days where she does not feel beautiful. I wonder why or what made her feel that way? I do hope she can stop getting work done to her face. She never needed it in the first place.
If she feels she really needs it, then she will get work done on her face, because in that moment she doesn't feel beautiful.
