That's probably because most of those protesting Israel have double standards.
Says who? Nationalists? Zionists? Supporters of Israel who have nothing to do with US, Israel or Palestine but simply love watching innocent babies and children massacred?
Who has double standards? Jewish Rabbis? Orthodox Jews of Israel? Hasidic Jews of New York? Young Ashkenazi American Jews? They too have been protesting on the streets for over a month. Why are they not supporting their own people? Why are they not supporting Israel, the supposed land of the Jews? Why are they defending the Palestinians?
Looking at the massive support Palestinians have garnered in every continent in just the last month alone, more than half the world has double standards, if anyone does. So no, your assertion does not hold any water. The numbers are simply against you. You cannot attribute every dissenting opinion to double standards.
1. Two prominent Jewish organizations, Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow protest against the "Jewish homeland" and actively denounce Israeli atrocities and genocide of the Palestinians. Where the double standards at here, bruh?

2. Orthodox Jews have been protesting against the "Jewish Homeland" since time immemorial.
Here's one from as far back as 2013

Here's one from 2023 where Rabbis themselves assert Zionists like Netanyahu don't belong in Israel

Even your own country India decided to sit this one out instead of voting against ceasefire. I mean you guys on here keep advocating for quid pro quo. Plenty of members on here harp about how Israel helped India some years ago so all Indians should support India.
Now, if Israel was only "defending itself", why is India not supporting Israel, unabashedly? Why did it abstain from voting on this issue?
Here: List of countries that voted against, for ceasefire and abstained from voting.

Whether you trash the UN or any of its suborganizations, the fact remains- muh opinion on India-forums from a non-entity without any evidence to back up claims is not good enough. Which is what Birdienumbnumb was doing. That's his modus operandi. So I called him out. Plain and simple. Originally posted by: K.Universe. When we are questioning the credibility of UNHRC, it was based on the reasoning that the council whose mission is to address human rights issues (like freedom of association and assembly, freedom of expression, freedom of belief and religion, women's rights etc.), has as its members countries like China and Cuba where human rights issues completely go for a toss.
And who decided China and Cuba are the only two outcasts of society? USA? India? The same two countries that have their own skeletons in the closet and routinely committ assault on human rights. They do not get to brainwash people against any other country when their own backyard is rife with human rights violations. Public sexual assault and rape of women in India is a well known scourge. Gun violence in schools and police violence on African Americans is a well known atrocity committed routinely in the US. If these two countries can be members, so can China and Cuba.
Since I am not blind to my own country's faults. I will even cite the violations for you. See below. Cited the same resource for both India and the US. For added measure.
