I personally feel an actor should just have an acting oriented malleable face, a minimum requirement whereby emotions are interchangeable & reflective of the given situation at hand. His voice is one of his weak points as well. Understandably there's only so much he can do about it since that's God given. But still it's quite effeminate & lacks authority.

he is really cute to look at so little less in acting is tolerable. this girl that is looking like a witch never looked good to start with and now with extra not needed nip and tuck is just a mess.
I wish he too stays on the dramas and we all get to enjoy him.
