We should have uninterrupted power supplies but most labs here barely have funds for basic requirements... having inverters / generators is a distant dream .

And it's not exactly the first time... almost every summer, a couple of such incidents occur. Just that this time it's been more.. nearly every other day, something or the other keeps happening .
