Di, had read somewhere - people were saying that the 7 circles of diyas through which he leads her on that beautiful Diwali night signify the 7 pheras... I'm not so sure though if that counts! 😆 The others are pretty clear - roka dupatta on her head, engagement bandage, pooja on Teej, sangeet, mehendi A, haldi wiping, sindoor & mangalsutra of course... and suhaag raat to come (hopefully!!!)! 😉 But I was delighted with the flashback reminder of the bandage-ment! That was exactly what I wanted!!!
