exactly he doesn't have interest in business and also the fact Vishwa being a policeman is leading a carefree life despite committing nth crimes has made him jealous whereas he is continuously chasing Imlie and obeying dadi Maa orders to marry different girls first Nyonika then Imlie and now New girl.

It made him frustrated so he studied hard ,cleared UPSC ,joined IPS services and got posting in purwaiya

Most probably it's a disguise taken by Agasthya to catch the masked man or indirectly help Imlie in comic way like she did when she became chabeeli

Don't know why Sai posted this policeman photo. For what reason don't know. Was it anyway related to the show? Why will Agastya all of a sudden become a police? But maybe whatever he will do it will be for Imlie.
