Why did they lie in the previous precap that even Agastya runs towards Imlie and wants to marry her inspite of everything...

I dunno man.. Might skip next few episodes, until Imlie comes back to his life.. The story progression so far, was too good to be true I guess... 💔

I was hoping Agastya would drag Imlie from the mandap to have an anger fueled conversation in private. His room would’ve been the perfect setting. The conversation could’ve been full of angst and pain and then he could’ve left because he needed time to process everything. We could’ve had a shot of him going down the stairs with Imlie behind him trying to stop him.

And then after he left, as Imlie would come back in the house alone, we could’ve had the Ashu scene. The rest of the events could’ve unfolded the way they did in the episode.

It’s so crazy for Agastya to oust her from the house in this situation. In a way, if that is his way of resolving the issue then maybe it’s good they didn’t get married today. We know he loves her and we know he cares for her. His suffering will just not match up Imlie’s in this track. She loves him more and there’s no way of denying that at this point, unfortunately. Dadi also knows deep down that Agastya will never be happy with someone else. I’m hoping Sonali continues to remain our voice of reason in this family.

Yes definitely Agastya loves Imlie but he is still not at the place that Imlie is. That is mainly because he has not learned to heal from his past traumas. That is what Imlie told him when he was angry for Meera coming back. Unless you heal from the trauma you will never be mine completely.

Imlie is remarkably resilient person even with the amount of sufferings she went through. She can put the past in perspective and still look towards a better future where you can heal from your wounds. She definitely will be hurt by whatever Agastya is going to do now. I really hope this does not break down the sunshine girl. Singing in the bar did not break her down - I don't want Agastya's love to be the one that breaks her completely. Sigh - I so wanted angst but now I am not sure if I can see Agastya - Imlie both suffering for wrong doings of others.

Yes Dadi will confess this at some point of time but by then Imlie might be really hurt and Agastya would really feel bad for doubting on Imlie. Let's see - Today's was a trp track though. Dadi hurting herself intentionally is something that is going to hook the trp audience and hopefully the trps raise.

Imagine if she sang Ajeeb Dastaan at one of his wedding ceremonies. Agastya can get married to someone else for Dadi’s sake but he is not immune to Imlie’s pain. Especially if she tries to show herself happy for his sake.

They could play Tadap Tadap because this girl has definitely been granted a heart of glass in a body of clay. She does believe that her fate is written as to only grant her happiness on a short term. Maybe we’ll finally see her play the flute again, I loved those scenes.

Frankly, I am very irriated with Agastya today, isliye no gaana for him.. Let him have rukhi sukhi zindagi without songs.. unless he repents and asks for forgiveness to Imlie..

I mean i know they had to bring something to create separation... but still, I need more time to digest this sequence..

Ye kya baat hui yaar.. Pehle Imlie se contract marriage karli to avoid Dadi's pressure and to compete with Sonali for the inheritance.. And ab ek nayi ladki le aaya, haath pakad kar..

Iska kya bharosa, phirse nayi bandi se bhi pyaar kar lega.. 😏

I am sorry guys, I am just very frustrated with the turn of events and his demeanor today... 😞

On another thought.. Let there be the song from saathiya.. "Banjar hai sab Banjar hai, Mera Yaar Mila de...".. Let him roam in the sand dunes and cry.. and let Imlie not care one bit... 😎

I get what you feel. My heart also broke for Imlie today.

But unlike other shows, we know Agastya will never fall for the other girl. She doesn’t stand a real chance. In a lot of the other shows, the female lead is the other woman.

In Imlie S1, Malini and Aaditya already knew eachother and were planning to get married before the arrival of Imlie1. She was a looming force on their relationship and she even assaulted the male lead in hopes to baby trap him. Imlie1 only got a happy ending when she got a second chance at love with Aryan and even then they brought in a third angle who was his childhood best friend.

In Imlie S2, Atharva fell for Chini first and he thought he was getting married to her. He continued his affair until she broke up with him. Imlie2 and him only had a few moments of happiness before the 5 years leap where the male lead lived with the third angle.

Here, Imlie and her Babu have already confessed their feelings to each other. Nyonika got packed up pretty early so we had the privilege to see their cute little contract marriage moments. By the time Vishwa arrived, they both had already started to mean a lot to eachother. I’m not too worried because I know they’ll focus on them in the upcoming track. The same way Vishwa was decoration to me during his wedding track with Imlie. Binni will be the same unless she shows vampy villainous shades. For now, I’m only crossing my fingers that they won’t give her too many individual scenes with Agastya.

Truth be told, we were losing on the trp charts n the makers need to increase the trp. Show rahega toh we can get better tracks too. Whatever Gul is doing to save the show, we have to accept.

The male lead third angles never work, we have seen in Sai ka previous show too. The audience doesn't like male third angles at all. Also, despite whatever happened today, Agastya and Imlie only love each other and are end game.

I think this track is necessary for Agastya n family to never ever take Imlie for granted. The show was turning too saccharine, abhi theek hai.

When I'm thinking of their situation I also wonder how irl such things pan out. When you know your family won't accept the person you like. And not just coz Agastya is indebted to Dadi and this family. Why is it wrong if he chooses his family over Imlie. He has known them for 30 odd years and Imlie barely a year. The choice though painful is quite obvious here. It would not feel right if he left his family and chose Imlie too (we have seen him leave the house previously when Imlie left for Meera).

I agree with you Ren. See Agastya was ready to walk off the house for Imlie's sake when Imlie wanted to be with Meera. Agree this sadma was too big and he is still reeling under this and he did not know what he could have done. Do I wish Agastya trusted Imlie a little more - Yes definitely. However what Agastya did - of storming away in anger is very humane reaction. He has not learned how to let go of traumas and how to heal from them. He still carries the wounds of his dad dying and his mother being blamed for it and his brother dying so young. Imlie also lost her only sister but she had to bounce back for Aashu's sake.

Of all the things that Dadi did - this promise of Agastya moving on from Imlie is going to come hurt her really bad. She will see Agastya getting destroyed trying to uphold the promise he made and when the truth is done Dadi will feel really guilty for putting Agastya through this mental torture.

I don't think Imlie is going to forgive Agastya - She did not forgive him during the contract marriage phase only when Agastya came to know about Amrit's blackmail. Now toh Imlie will break down seeing Agastya move on or trying to move on and she will not forgive him that easily. Let's see - If creatives weave the story good then it would be really good.

I will literally cry if they play this song, it’s one of my favourites. Especially, because I know Adrija will nail this sequence. I still go back mentally to her performance on “Ek Radha Ek Meera”. This girl does wonders with all the musical moments. She even made the chakars around Agastya during “Bada Dukh Dina” so hauntingly beautiful.

And we already know Sai will give us those tear brimmed eyes for Agastya if he has to witness Imlie sing that song.

I am going through 5 stages of grief... Currently at first stage: Denial.
