Hello ,welcome to the forum .

You have chosen the correct space to discuss the tips on wt loss .

Here are some home remedies to begin with .

First step is to eat healthy … more fruits n veggies and cut down oils n fats in diet .
Secondly cut down added sugars in your diet n avoid sweets , sodas ice creams .
Thirdly regular exercise within the limits of your tolerance .
Fourthly sleep for at least 8 hrs a day .
