Okay so what i did is

1. Ditched bread , sugar and milk - u will immediately notice difference.

2. Portioned out my meals - for example if you take 1 whole roti turn it into half roti same with rice or any other food intake.

3. My mother prepared these marinated tikka's for me which i basically airfry or bake after i come back from office - eat it with loads of carrot and cucumber. As an alternative go for chicken breast grilled.

4. I take green tea + zeera+ cinnamon before sleeping and dont touch anything after 12.

5. For breakfast i usually take oats when i am not on intermittent fasting. Also a fresh black cup of coffee without sugar and milk helps alot.

I didnt losoe alot of kgs but i lost water weight and fat. My tummy went in and shoulders & jaw are more defined.

I may not be doing this perfectly but this works for.me.

I was watching a documentary on Netflix, and while doing my research in the background, I came across this article, and it totally blew my mind. I strongly recommend that you read this article below. It changed my entire perspective around weight loss and having a healthy lifestyle.

itโ€™s a bit academic in nature but not that hard to understand.

I know right? Lying on the bed all day and stuffing myself with junk food has not reduced my weight even a little. Badh gaya ulta.๐Ÿ˜’
