Lmao that’s what I feel when I go to my sister’s house and other relatives house. They would be making all these foods and I am like I will gain weight. 😂 I love eating mantu and bolani ❤️

You are perhaps not eating protein and good carbs in the morning. This used to happen to me frequently. I make sure to get a good breakfast with mostly eggs and smoothies.

I would suggest stop doing fasting. Too much Fasting can effect our body's metabolism. Eat food in portions.

I am already doing that. Ab kya human food chor ke bird food khana shuru kar doon😔

How did you manage to run on the treadmill? That's even more boring than climbing stairs.

eat normal but avoid foods that gain weight. like avoid deep fried or too oily food, sugary stuff and bad carbs.

Eat smaller portions but more frequently. And eat more of veggies and salads and substitute carbs and grains for better alternatives. like instead of plain white rice try brown rice or quinoa. instead of normal chapati make juwar or bajra roti.

And try and work out atleast 2 times a week.

doing too much fasting will not help it can even have the opposite effect or might sustain for time being but when u stop doing it u can gain quicker.

i try to avoid the above but my sitting job makes it harder for me to loose
