Photoshop your face on your ideal body weight and paste it inside your fridge. 😆

Reduce junk. Eat more healthy and work out more.

Remember, there is no gain without any pain.

I love food far too much to ever do extreme dieting. Calorie deficit is the only way to do lose weight - and you can do that even whilst eating fast food!

binge eating is not about hunger but more about releasing the 3 feel good harmones

Dieting never helps. One would di(e)ating if they diet coz half the time the mind is only craving food. Best way to lose weight is by stopping procrastination.

Use this yoga routine

works wonders, always, for me

without any diet

and feels so good


only thing that works for the stubborn tummy fat as well


(also your food intake will automatically be balanced without u even realizing unlike other workouts where u tend to eat more with the exercise.. yoga is a miracle, practice it to believe it)
