You should never try to lose weight by fasting/dieting. It's difficult to sustain both for personal reasons and just because it's difficult in a social setting to stick to a diet. You should lose weight by measuring. Eat what you like, just slash a percentage of what you eat.
I found fasting the easiest way to lose weight because it requires no effort.😆 Dieting shieting mujhse nahi hoti because I always crave the things which I have to avoid
