I don't see what is arrogant or disrespectful here. She received the award on Karisma's behalf. Why would she give speech?

I thought it was perfectly okay that she went and took the award and said 'thank you' and left. I saw her smiling when she received the award.

Not sure what is arrogant here - at least in this context.

Kareena has come a long way. She is decent now.
