I don't understand anything BUT:

If SONI and ALIA wanted.. considering the MONEY they have .. they COULD have renounced British citizenship.. gotten Indian citizenship and then gotten British Residency.

British Residency even allows them to vote , once they move from temporary residency to Indefinite Leave To Remain type Residency. They have ALL rights the Brits have, just a different Citizenship.

I know quite a bit about these things and with their money THIS could have been sorted really easy- all they needed is like 300k (or 30k GBP, not sure) GBP in a bank account. They also have properties in London- and that counts towards them getting residency FAST.

There's a few cases I know of that did just that because they wanted another citizenship - of a country NOT allowing dual.

So THIS SOLUTION worked for others- makes you wonder HOW COME they don;t take same route. ( Considering the length of having the British passport for both, them giving up the Brit citizenship and taking Indefinite Residency would have been a matter of formalities being filled... and some £700 paid for each.. Tight arses they are..)

By not doing this, it shows they are NOT interested AT ALL.

🤣🤣 For 60yrs Soni is waiting for India to become a dual citizenship endorsing country instead of renouncing her British passport. India should change for them,why should they change for India. Bewkoof beti ki bewkoof ma.

^AFAIK OCI's don't need work visa to work in India.

Alia was born in India right? It's the rule because of her Mom being born in England that she has a British passport.

Don't know about alia but Sony is definitely sick . I get where alia gets these traits. I heard they did not pay taxes in UK and have run away from there to India or something. These two should not even talk about India changing for them. Isn't alia's cousin involved in 26/11 attack recce? He was the one who showed terrorists entire mumbai

Why is journos going and shoving mikes to non citizens? Why does it matter that they vote or not? They should be glad she isn't voting actually

Can go about freely in EU and most colonial countries.

Have u noticed most of our politicians are also having foreign addresses, investments, contacts, family members having foreign citizenship etc. Helps with the moolah.

They cannot contest elections with foreign citizenship..so naah
