Gadar 3: Anil Sharma' latest revelation will increase the excitement of all Sunny Deol fans

Gadar 2 was a huge hit for the industry. Sunny Deol made a smashing comeback as Tara Singh in the movie. It made above Rs 600crores in the global market. Anil Sharma, the filmmaker is gearing up for two big movies, Gadar 3 and Apne 2. Given the box office success of Gadar 2,expectations are sky high from Gadar 3. When the movie came in August 2023, it was a huge hit in the mass belts of the country. Visuals of people flocking to the halls in tractors reaffirmed that Sunny Deol has a cult following till date.

Anil Sharma is also focusing on Vanvaas. The film stars his son Utkarsh Sharma and Nana Patekar in lead roles. It seems the scripting is still on for Gadar 3. He has his team of writers began work on the film right after the success of Gadar 2. It will again have an India-Pakistan backdrop like the two Gadar movies. As of now, he is busy with Vanvaas. The movie is about a father and son in the family genre. In the past, Anil Sharma has made films like Apne, Bandhan Kuchchey Dhaagon Ka and others which were also in the same genre.

In a recent interview, he said, “Banaras mein hai,Kumbh hai aur bahut hi emotional trauma hai. Ye journey of life hai, har aadmika jeevan hai…har aadmi se connect karega (It is set in the backdrop of Banarasincludes Kumbh. It is an emotional trauma and journey of life which every individual will be able to connect).”

It seems Vanvaas will release by the end of 2024. Once the movie gets released, he will start work on Gadar 3. The film should come on Independence Day 2025. It seems Anil Sharma had promised Sunny Deol a grand comeback in the movies with Gadar 2. He had said that after this film, we would be in a position to command Rs 50 crore as fee from producers.
