I have never seen any FL’s family ever abusing her for her infertility the way Abhira is and this is in 2024, SHEESH. Even Ishita was only ever taunted by outsiders for the most part (from what I remember) and Ruhi, even with being just a child would defend her vehemently. Here, a family filled with fully grown adults are standing on the sidelines silently whilst all of this is happening to a young girl. The whole infertility track and its handling has been beyong insensitive and gross.

The new ones are getting all this torture as the writer is obsessed with Upma Aunty. If you notice, both Akshu and Abhira were introduced after that pathetic show started. Plus itv was better back during Akshara and Naira’s days. All itv bahu’s on SP are following the Upma format of being a doormat unpaid maid of their toxic sasural.

Yeah.i don't know about Akshu.Naira gone through atleast some like Akshu did .But still Naira dint hava a sister who put her mother's death blame on her head .But Abhira's case is totally different.No one get tortured to this extent.she don't even have a family to call her own even Akshu has one .it dint benefit her during her pregnancies but still no one insulted her this much for not having a family.Compare karna hain tho ye basis pe bhi compare karna hai like partners they got.Naitik and akshara has problems but he never went into extreme.Karthik can't be influenced by anyone like Abhimanyu and Armaan though one time he did.

It's not fair to put Armaan in the same category as Abhimanyu or even Kartik. Armaan si another victim of abuse just like Akshu was

Considering everything Armaan has shown immense character growth. Its huge to rebel so openly against your absuers.

Anupama started off with being subjected to a truckload of issues ranging from domestic abuse to being a victim of adultery with a promise of breaking off from it, only to turn around and inflict all of it and more on the people that genuinely loved her. She would rather lose opportunities, true love, a loving family than rid herself of abuse, toxicity and doormatism.
