Shraddha and Ranbir managed to make that film a hit despite it lacking in story and promotions. If any other actors had been in that movie then it would not have made as much money.

So Ranbir and Shraddha are currently the most bankable stars and the only nepo kids who are actually loved. Hence, if I wanted to make money and keep the audience happy, I'd cast them.
